Everyone in p4d did dance with everyone. Every member in the IT has 2 songs minus Yu. Half of the team will dance in one song and the rest in the other.

Snowflakes; Chie, Rise, Kanji, and Yosuke.

You had to unlock each partner by dancing in different difficulties with auto-partner. If you get a different a partner you didn't have, they will become available in all difficulties for that song.
