considering Japan through a lot of heavy hitters at this year in particular, it's very likely that they'll calm down for this year. Japanese developers tend to take their time to make games, unless they're annual releases. They'll probably still create some great games, but not NEARLY as many of them this year.

I only learned about that game a couple months ago, because someone on Sup Forums of all places said it was a System Shock clone so I decided to buy it on the November sale.
Imagine my surprise to find such a solid game; in my opinion it was a better ____Shock game than the Bioshock games.

It isn't. If you don't explore everywhere and don't put a lot of attention to the logs, the e-mails, everything mission control says to you, the environment, etc. You can easily get lost or have no idea where to go.
It isn't System Shock 1 deep (and still parts like forcing you to check every computer node room to get the code for the reactor were more padding than actual deep) but still it isn't a walk in the park.

It honestly felt like a really unfinished early Grand Theft auto with shitty gimmicks to fill the time. Doing Karaoke is not fun... not being able to go into 90 percent of the buildings kills the immersion.
