I don't think not even 06 was bad enough to ruin the series for me, and not that Forces is neccessarily worse than 06 although i do think it is but the whole deal about Classic Sonic being from another dimension is unnecessary and insulting

I played Till The End of Time first, and it was a crap shit of a story, but the gameplay was still fun. I maxed the shit out of everything.

The first game I played with a translated rom on the SNES, didnt quite care much for it. Rather play Seiken Densetsu 3, now that is a fucking jap only game worth playing the shit out of on the SNES.

Idk if it's cause nu-males can't into games that haven't released in the past 5 years, but you can go play all the good games and ignore the bad iterations. But again, for nu-males there would be nothing to complain about

Ok, how about Tales of Phantasia, that was another game I remember getting a translated rom of, and I played way further into that than the first Star Ocean.

Didn't finish it, got stuck looking for Volt, but it was still pretty fun overall, I could finish it if I played it again.

Star Ocean 1 on the other hand, I dont recall being that much invested, I got up to the point you go into the mineshaft that's early in the game that just rapes you if you decide to explore it when you first get there, because monsters are like 20 levels above what you are when you can get there.

No, do tell me. I only really played the games, I wasn't looking for company background when the game was like 10 years old by the time I played it. I think Tri Ace wasnt even a thing at that point, Square Enix was in 2003?

On a somewhat related note SWTOR players seem to be unsure if TLJ is awful or just not great and they are torn between saying it is at least better than the last two SWTOR expansions or it is even worse than those.

STO players think Star Wars fans should grow up, stop being entitled manbabies, accept change and admit that TLJ is quite good. On the other hand they think Discovery is irredeemably shit and a slap in the face to the fans.

Haven't discovered SWTOR's opinion on Discovery.

DGR V3 tried, I could tell. They switched from the despair/hope shit we've been dealing with for awhile but then later, they went back to it.

DR3 already ruined DR1&2.
V3 was actually good.
