So, Persona 1 has either the butchered, localized PS1 version or the proper localization of the PSP remake which suffers from a shitty OST.
Persona 2 Innocent Sin (PSP) has a proper localization while Eternal Punishment (PSP) wasn't released outside Japan, but it's reversed for the PS1 versions. The fantranslation of EP (PSP) is allegedly at 95% but will never be released (just like SMT if...)
I guess EP is the same on PS1 as it is on PSP but is there are patch for the soundtrack for P1?

It's really hard to call P1 a good game but I think it's by far the most interesting in the series for it's atmosphere alone. It really captured the oppressive and dream like world it was set in.
