this just got free on PS plus,is it any good?

It's okay. It plays kind of like a mix between DX:HR and VTMB.
I played a little bit of Deus ex HR and the prey demo and I liked it,but never anything else, hope I have fun with this
its the same as DXHR but better and worse in some aspects
and way too short.
It's alright but has many frustrating things in it, not to mention the god awful ending. I'm sure if you liked DX:HR, you will enjoy this one. Just remember to choose the bank/vault mission when you are given the choice, it's pretty important mission for the story.
If you liked HR, yes. Get it on PC though.
Gameplay is good, but it's too short and the ending too shit, but if it's free, might as well.
>way too short
I guess this only applies if you don't play the sidequests. I've had 44 hours put into this with no end in fucking sight, and I haven't even touched the DLC content yet
Play Human Revolution instead. Only thing Mankind Divided has over the last one is better graphics, everything else is worse.
Better than HR but unfinished. Squeenix forced the dev team to split it in to 2 parts due to being unsure if FF15 would sell. Thus killing the franchise
>Better than HR
i played through all the side quests, and i was on about strictly the basegame
it's not a 'short' game, but comparing it to DXHR it is. ontop of the fact it ends too abruptly
Do I lose too much if I play it without playing Human Revolution before?
It's not hard to be better than HR, it was legitimately bad. MD felt closer to the original in tone and feel. Plus improved on everything HR screwed up on, like no world building, bad sidequests, unlikable characters, no focus on Majestic12/Illuminati
No, there's a recap when you start the game.
I stopped playing the original back at release because I couldn't save Marika from dying.
Go full lethal and be very particular about the weapons you use and it shouldn't be a problem. I lost interest when I had to deal with all the zombified augmented people but still managed to finish the game.
>losing on the casual filter
I did it pacifist on give me deus ex.
Go quick and use emp grenades.
Get the bodies out of the way of the exploding robots
>free
Sure there's a recap, but I think you get more out of it by playing original and HR before MD.
>HR is original
Ending is shit and we probably wont get another deus ex game anyway. Just skip it
Generally very good but has a terrible tendency to end just as it starts getting good. The stealth action gameplay is fun but it's rare to have a big enough place to break in to to really utilise your stuff properly. Far too much time is spent just faffing about with fetch quests in neutral zones.
It ends with an immediate threat dealt with but with the intention of actually ending the series with a sequel, which kinda sucked.
>free
It's the game of the generation so far
Not terrible, but not as good as HR. considering how long it took between this and that it looks and plays pretty underwhelming.
How does it play like VTMB when all it is is HR with better graphics and half of a story
>free
Mankind Divided is great, but best played on PC, where it is $7.50 right now.
You don't see the similarity between the Deus Ex series and VTMB?
Beat HR way quicker than MD
Get the jump, break walls, and all the augs that help explore, then go explore . Do all sidequests
I have 50 hours in MD and 36 in HR, and I've played through both just once each.
I agree that the MD story ends abruptly, though, and I sure would have liked to see more.
That said, I didn't get the story in HR at all before the recap in MD, and even then it is extremely nonsensical. It's not like the main stories in HR and MD are any good.
Its the original when talking about the direct sequel, yes. You fucking faggot.
