Since I was like 15, I've fantasized about being raped by her eight inch cock. Straight btw.

Nothing till SFV Arcade Edition drops this month

Wanna play AE, DBZF, Soul Calibur 6, BB Cross Tag Battle, pretty much any competitive fighter.

See above. Also if Riot actually does make a LoL fighter or Blizzard decides to make a fighter.

Nothing terribly so, just that a lot of them are fantastic and pretty high tier. Nothing broken, but Guile, Menat, Urien, Akuma, all strong and fun. I would suggest you get the season 1 pass at the very least while it is on sale - you earn in game currency - use that to buy season 2 characters you like my friend.

FIGHTERZ (and SCVI)

DBFZ is basically a dream game for me even though I didn't know I wanted it until it was announced. I love UMvC3 and I grew up on DBZ games; it's pretty much perfect (especially since I have some experience with ArcSys games). I'm going to spend hours labbing characters like Ginyu & Nappa to find shit.

Blazblue Cross Tag Battle looks like it'll be a complete fucking mess, but in a fun way. Waldstein & Tager are confirmed which is good; just waiting on Kanji.

Nothing really. I finally learn I really like fighting games only to own a Switch which has 3, not counting Neo Geo shit. ARMS, Pokken, and SF2 which I didn't buy. Seeing as how they announced another SF collection later, it was the right call.

>what other GOOD fighter am i missing?
CvS2 & UMvC3 (although Marvel has better ports on more recent systems).

>Tekken 2, still the best, still the comfiest
mah nigga
everything after Tekken 2 is great, but Tekken 2 (and 1 to a certain degree) have this comfiness that got lost from 3 onwards, even if its an objectively worse game. i erase my save and play and unlock everyone every year.

Anyone else just really glad that fighting game companies are making pc ports of their games?

I hope she isn't. My favorite hentai was that one where she and her futa friends run a train on that boy.

God I wish that were me.

T3 or TTT may be the peak of the series just for the amount of expansion that mostly works, with the exception of Tekken Ball mode
Bowling I'm on the fence about - it can be extremely fun with drunk friends

T2's purity and incredible OST and top-tier polygons just resonate all the more though

>I'm going to try UNI with [st] once it's localized, though I wouldn't say I'm looking forward to it, I'm not even confident that I'll like it, I just want to give it a go.
Buy UNIEL on steam and save yourself from spending 60 bucks

Man that's nostalgic. God bless t2.

Xrd, +R, AH3LMSS, ironically starting to play SFIV with friends because I hardly played it when it was out.

Looking forward to DBFZ but I don't know that much about Dragon Ball. Seriously looks like one of the best looking games I've ever seen. Don't know anything about the mechanics yet.

Nah, it might be a waste of money but I'm just going to get [st] anyway. It's not the end of the world if I don't really like it.

>Seriously looks like one of the best looking games I've ever seen.
That much is true, it looks fantastic
>Don't know anything about the mechanics yet.
Looks very basic

Sadly this does look true. I hope it becomes more complex than we thought on release.

DBFZ definitely feels like an anime fighter with Marvel mechanics added. It moves like Guilty Gear with some universal options grabbed from games like Persona Arena (Dragon Rush) and Arcana Heart (Super Dash). The Marvel-style systems are similar to Marvel 3, with Guard Cancels that bring in your partners, DHCs (called Z Changes, and you can do them in any order rather than set team order from the select screen), assist cooldowns, etc. There's something called an Ultimate Z Change that lets you call in a partner's super without DHCing from your current character's super which is good, and there's other stuff like instant character changes mid-combo which is unlike how Marvel 2/3 work. There's other universal options, including a Universal Overhead, every character's 2H being invincible to airborne physical attacks, and a "Deflect" which is like a preemptive Pushblock (cannot be done during Blockstun, it's an input that reflects characters and smaller projectiles). There's other intracacies like 3 different tech directions and ArcSys staples like the combo counter changing colors when you could've teched out, but I don't have all the specifics.

Between all that, the meta of team composition, and some of the more complex characters in the cast (Krillin, Ginyu, Beerus, Nappa, etc.) I think there will be plenty to dig into. As a proud lab monster I don't have any worries about the depth.

>Looks very basic

Like SFV is basic compared to SFIV, like SFIV is basic compared to 3rd strike...

There's nothing wrong with basic, but is it fun to play? Oh holy fuck it is

Maybe? Nostalgia isn't a factor for me at all and I dislike a majority of the cast with how similar they fight. I'll probably stick to the non-human/non-saiyans.

Agreed. This is the first time I preordered a game since 2015, I believe.
SFV. It has cross-play with consoles. That's why.

Updates of Absolver.

I was thinking of getting SFV, but unsure of what platform.

It being cross platform makes either choice fine. Any reason why Tekken 7 didn't do the same?

Looking towards the death of sfv with all the damage it did to the community.

Waiting for dbz hoping it won't be as casual as marvel 3

Playing Tekken 7

I haven't pre-ordered a game since early 2012, and that was also for a fighting game. When I mention that it was Street Fighter X Tekken, you can tell why I haven't pre-ordered a game since.

Not sure friend. But in the long run, with all the support it is getting, AND the AE, I would grab SFV if you are looking for populated online matches.

ask Harada on twitter

actually don't do it he hates it

> I dislike a majority of the cast with how similar they fight.

Dragon Ball was a big thing when I grew up but other than Goku and Vegeta, most play very differently... even their Blue versions have to be approached in a different way. You'll see in 3 weeks, user

>Dragon Ball was a big thing when I grew up
It was for me too
I just grew out of it

Deflect can't be done during pushblock? You sure? I swear I've seen people block some ki blasts and then deflect the others... so it's preemptive?

AE was one of the reasons I wanted to get it.

Actually getting a fight stick, too. I'm fucking bad with QCF on PS4 controllers.

I don't remember watching GT, before that I stopped watching the reruns. I've never read the manga and I'll never watch Super.

This gané has made me re-watch some arcs, the animation was good

Nah they actually look like they all play the same

What brand of stick lad?

Yes, it's only done by pressing 4S when you're not in blockstun. It's entirely possible that ki blasts have very little blockstun and whoever you watched started hitting the input after they started blocking, leading to Deflect coming out in the middle.

dunno, might try G out when he drops for SFV but i wouldnt say i was looking forward to it

There's a magic series combo they all have, but that didn't stop Marvel 3 from having almost every character play entirely differently. Even the 3 characters most likely to play alike, the Gokus, have very different playstyles and have different ideal places on a team. Of course the Saiyans (besides Nappa & Adult Gohan) are pretty similar in base ways, but when you have unique characters like Krillin, Ginyu, Beerus, Tien, Nappa, Blue Vegeta, Fat Buu, Gotenks, etc. alongside characters in-between like Yamcha, Hit, Blue Goku, Black, 16, Piccolo, etc. I would say there's enough variance.

same as above and SC 6.

Isn't Goku Blue and Yellow similar though? Black Goku looks like the wildcard.

dbz like everyone else that doesnt drink capcum

Fuck I hope not. I liked Inj2 but that gear system was fuckin awful. Skins>Gear

Hori Mini.

I'm not spending lots of money on a stick as I largely play these kinds of games casually, but I'd like something that controls a little better than a regular controller when it comes to button and stick placement.

Knowing my luck I drop this in a month and only play Monster Hunter World or something.

i'm trying to play USF4, is it viable with a keyboard? what button configuration should i go for? and are the LP+MP+HP button useful?

Don't know. I'm not familiar with the Gear system. Is it like mixing and matchin different outfit parts? Might be neat.

I hope some of my mains are in so I don't have to worry about them making it in over time.

UNIST those fuckers forgot the game was supposed to be localized "late 2017" and pushed it back.
>Looking forward to
SC6 mostly.

For casual play it does the job, you don't really need an overpriced qanba or madcatz RIP btw stick anyway

Aksys are a bunch of cunts

It looks like but they don't. Teen and Adult Gohan share a lot of moves yet they're very different characters, specially when making resources decisions

friendly reminder that sfxt is a good game and died as soon as capcom fixed it

Yellow Goku:
>Designed to be incredibly simple to learn and play; specials are two rushing body attacks and Kamehameha
>Combos are really basic stuff; I think his most complex combo involves a juggle off of his EX kicks in the corner
>Incredibly versatile supers for hitconfirms; beams both grounded and midair, as well as angled upward with a tracking teleport, and a Level 3 that crosses up
>Beam assist; one of 3 in the game, so he's good as a teammate
Goku Black:
>Hit-and-Run style character
>Has a teleport that crosses up on EX, a divekick that requires meter burn to convert off of, a beam, and a command grab that only grabs faraway opponents
>Supers are just as varied as regular Goku; all three are projectiles, even the Level 3, and all 3 are Air OK
>Best played with an assist to help cover him, unlike Regular Goku who can function in the back if needed
Blue Goku
>No ranged options without meter
>Slightly faster movement and normals than the other Gokus
>Teleport that is slightly better than Black's
>traditional Command Grab
>Better, faster divekick than Black
>Worse and less versatile supers than the other Gokus; his Kamehameha super is angled downward and smaller, while his Level 3 is Ground Only and has less range than the other Level 3s; the only boon he has is that he can burn extra meter to make it a Level 5 that does big damage

So it's the anti frame trap tool? Cool, that means at some point you have to stop pressuring to open opponents who use it

>what you playin
Injustice 2, a little bit of Mahvel 4
>what you wanna play
Killer Instinct since I finally got it on steam
>what you looking forward to
SCIV, MK11

It's mostly meant to help ward off certain projectile setups that you read, or be in a better position if the opponent tries an obvious jump-in. It deflects Super Dash too, but 2H will blow that up almost every time with every character.

Keyboard is fine but config is up to user preference. Look up the hitbox layout and see if you can ape that for a config. LMHP and K binds are useful for doing ultras and ex attacks in some situations

I wouldn't. Controller is best for that game if you do not own a stick.
That's pretty interesting. I'm on the fence about the game, but it does look interesting.

Forgot to mention that Black has basically the same assist as Regular/Yellow Goku, while Blue Goku has his divekick as an assist which seems like a very situational setup tool, meaning he's much more of a Point than the others.

Doesn't it deflect normal attacks and the throw/unblockable as well?

Yeah, I agree it helps to deal with assists attacks and over pressure
