You sleep rather soundly...............................
for a murderer
Elder Scrolls
dey cut his peepee off
Yes they did
By Azura, by Azura, by Azura! It's the Grandchampion. Standing here. Next to me.
Oh, it's you... Hi...
rip my boy lucien
Proof?
>Kills your net neutrality
Why are Wood Elves such shit?
Manlets
His corpse.
That sucks. They probably did it while he was still alive.
Don't be sad, he's with the night mother and sithis now.
fun fact: if you read though the diary of Cicero it is implied he killed the player character in Oblivion
"In one of his journals, Cicero states that he posed as a "Starstruck fan" to the Grand Champion during "the Arena contract," and then later killed said Champion. This is a reference to the Adoring Fan of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion."
left out the skyrim part if it wasn't immediately apprent.
Why is there not a single other game like the Elder Scrolls?
I hate how my favorite genre of game, immersive first person open world sandbox-y RPGs also only have one series. And it's pretty mediocre.
Kek
fun fact: the Champion of Cyrodiil is Sheogorath, and isn't dead
Those who disrespect the tenets pay the price.
Very interesting
Dragon breaks, yada yada
you act like Bethesda doesn't fuck up constantly. it's an amusing reference though
...
It's called an easter egg, fag. There's more than one Arena Grand Champion in history, and the CoC wouldn't be around in Cicero's lifetime (who is, by the way, an Imperial)
doesn't skyrim take place roughly 200 years after Oblivion? i thought some of the elves live a stupid long time.
but of course it's a fun reference for people who played Oblivion, no need to get upset about it.
I AM U[SET AND I WILL ALWAYS BE
FUCK YUOU IN THJE ASS
can't we just agree Bethesda is incompetent at keeping shit straight? reference or no the race isn't even correct on Cicero
...
Near the city of Chorrol.
I screwed up my Oblivion, when I have some items in my inventory, I walk slowly, can't jump or attack.
Anyone know what this is about?
have you heard of fallout new vegas?
nigga there are one hundred billion fucking mods for the game
we're not fucking wizards who can uninstall your game for you
Bethesda games do scratch a certain itch that other games don't. I want another fallout game like 3 or new vegas.
STOP
I want an Elder Scrolls game with a town building mechanic like in Fallout 4. Build giant Breton castles, or grow Dunmer mushroom towers or build Bosmer tree cities.
"Your Nord city 'FuckoffElves' has attracted 2 Altmer followers!"
Oblivion was so much better than Skyrim. The Dark Brotherhood questline had more character than the entirety of Skyrim
...
Well since there's a thread here I might as well ask.
Fracesco's + WAC vs OOO + MMM
Also will using weapon packs that aren't re-balanced make them too weak or too strong in MOBS? I don't care about being OP though it would be pointless if those weapons were just plain terrible.
NO MORE, I YIELD
NEVER SHOULD HAVE COME HERE
>Frank's
>OOO
>MOBS
lmao
also add MMM to that lmao list
What the actual fuck are you talking about?
Somewhat new to modding here. Is there an easy way to test different texture packs for Morrowind or do I have to duplicate my entire texture folder and replace it each time I want to try something new?
For example, testing out multiple textures for the same object. How would you quickly and efficiently go about doing that?
Nigga there's like 200 years between Oblivion and Skyrim, you think Cicero is that old?
The building should be left up to mods or added later in dlc. Its not that I don't like it but the focus on the settlement system really took away from the non settlement towns.
So what are some things that Fallout 4 did that you'd actually like to see in TES?
>the settlement building would be cool if it were just for Hearthfire style homesteads and not to replace actual towns
>fleshed out companions with side quests, likes and dislikes (of course if there are simpler hirelings you can find too that would be neat)
For the most part though I hope they rethink their design policy for the next game because they've made more steps backwards than forwards. Hopefully the relatively harsh reception F4 got compared to Skyrim will help them see that they're going too far in places
>he doesn't know
>So what are some things that Fallout 4 did that you'd actually like to see in TES?
Absolutely nothing, Fallout 4 was a dumpster fire.
Yeah and both the voice actors they hired did a great job.
Fuck off
What do you recommend? And please can I get a non-shitpost answer?
It could've been more polished and better implemented, I grant you. But this is the chance for them to do exactly that. It's been two and a half years since Fallout 4 was released and the build engine tested, plenty enough time to have a refined one ready for implementation in Elder Scrolls VI: Tamriel.
That's like asking me to breathe without air. I can't do it.
Everything in Skyrim had the depth of a shitty mmo, the quests, the looting, the npcs.
Ayt guess I'll try somewhere else, thanks anyway.
This is Bethesda we’re talking about. They tend to do bare fucking minimum when it comes to their flagship games for some reason
It just sells.
I can't believe they spent 4 years working on fallout 4. What the fuck were they doing the whole time?
I try to be merciful
Fallout 4 has the bones of a great game. The face builder, weapon and armor modification system, settlements, companions, Power Armor as vehicles, Vertibirds, perks, it all has the groundwork to be great. None of it got realized enough though. I think they figured the modding community would fill in the gaps.
I never murdered even one goddamn person, I just put the Gray Prince out of his misery when he asked for it. On my first character I executed Lucien right where he stood for daring to creep up on me in my sleep.
I like Gamerpoop
But he didn't disrespect the tenets.
Anyways, Oblivion made a good job in seriously conveying just how fucking deranged the Dark Brotherhood can become just to prove a point. I mean, every assassin you meet is obviously a little messed up in the head, but they atleast try to act like professionals.
It's an easter egg. Skyrim happens 200 years after Oblivion, how much of a fool are you?
>Attack bandit
>YOU WIN! I GIVE UP!
>Sheathe weapon
>I'LL FEED YOUR ENTRAILS TO THE HOUNDS
Makes sense doesn't it.
>Champion is Listener as implied by his dialogue
>Become Sheogorath
>Uses his power to keep his identities secret (since he's probably also Gray Fox)
>Gets bored one day and decide to peace out of your non-godly obligations
>Could just leave but that's boring as fuck
>Concoct elaborate plan wherein you fake the death or disappearance of all your identities for the become Arena grand champion and convince Cicero to kill you
>Disappear from the brotherhood too and have it slowly descend to madness
I saw a mudcrab the other day
Did Astrid deserve to die?
Holy shit, why would you even spend time crafting such a farfetched story when you know absolutely nothing will come from it? You think Todd Howard is just lurking these shit threads, sees your post and goes "Oh my fucking god, this guy is a genius, we're totally doing this in the next Elder Scrolls"?
He's dead. His entire body, mind, and soul were completely consumed, destoyed, and subsumed by Sheogorath's spirit.
If an alien scooped your brain out before replacing it with his own and then morphed your body to follow, you wouldn't still be """alive""" by any but the most pedantic measures.
He's good, and Manslayer's Oblivion videos are the best.
>t. has never played Oblivion
>t. lorelet who can't into mantling
Considering she's cucking Arnbjorn in your picture, yes.
dat ass
Yes absolutely, even ignoring the fact that she indirectly killed the entirety of her brotherhood that she so desperately sought to protect through treason she still is responsible for atleast a handfull of murders on people who may or may not have deserved death themselves, hell, her kill count could probably be up in the hundreds for all we know.
Dat ass indeed
I don't thinks it matter because even if you don't kill her, she's have to live knowing her actions causes the death of her only family and her love, driving her to comit sudoku pretty quick.
The quest requires you to kill her. You are not given an option.
I'm talking out of the game engine here. What would you think she would do after that?
You could always revive her using console commands, probably set her as a companion and potential spouse too
Died to infection from the third degree burns covering her body? She was already pretty much dead and probably in excruciating pain. She was asking for a mercy, a kindness. One she didn't deserve.
>weapon and armor modification system, settlements, companions, Power Armor as vehicles, Vertibirds, perks
Those were all shit in Fallout 4 though
This is my load order. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
Let's pretend she doesn't die, she'll live the rest of her life looking like a fucking ghoul outta half-life, if not worse, she would probably be in immense pain constantly and any movement of her body would feel like her muscles tearing themselves apart, plus she has to live with the psychological damage that killing everything you love and being despised by those few that survived would give you. I mean, hell, she fucking lost her husband in the fire too, not just her family.
Truly, a fate worse than death.
"They're yours if you want them."
>howtomakeashitgameevenworse.jpg
WHO GOES THERE?
That takes like 1 minute man and it's fun to write dumb shit.
Yeah pretty much I use a custom mod to raise her as a permanent summon. Make her fight naked since I'll just revive her anyway.
WHY
WONT
YOU
DIE
YOU ELVES ARE ALL THE SAME
ALL FLASH, AND NO FURY
Cicero is human, with black hair, The fan is an elf.
Oblivion takes place 200 years before Skyrim. It's physically impossible for him to be the Adoring Fan
You call that a load order? This is a load order
I've fought
O O F
O
F
have you heard of the high elves?
He's fucking dead, just accept it. I know you have an erection for the idea that the Champion (And my extension, yourself.) became a God, but the dude was straight up fooled and it lead to his death. Even if the soul is the same, it's been warped beyond recognition. He's gone. Lobotomized.
Or would you care to explain how that's not the case? Pretty sure all you have in you is some buzzwords that don't mean jack shit without explanation.
>didn't read the post
Yes, I know that. I was saying that Fallout 4 was nothing but great ideas left unfinished.
Go read some lore faggot, for real, look up mantling especially.
So with that concept art of morrowind that popped up recently, how would morrowind have been like, if Bethesda kept the D&D aesthetic? Oblivion would have fit right in but then Skyrim?
Explain what you mean. You can't. I know what mantling is, it means having Mundus itself recognize you as being another individual, usually done for the purpose of enchantments that can only work with those individuals.
YOU don't know what mantling is if you think that has any bearing whatsoever on the Champion's situation, you dipshit. Go ahead, try and explain it.
...
post the concept art?
