I need to find the baseID for the Golden Saint and Dark Seducer "skin" armor, not the one that you obtain as an item after a quest, but the ones that the actual guards and summons wear.
For those unfamiliar these skin things are similar to the emperor armor that Martin wears or to the Haskill attire, in the sense that they made not items within their inventory but, skins.
I can only find the Golden Saint and Dark Seducer armor base ID, could someone help me find the skin version ID?
Just open the console, click one, type 'unequip all' then 'getinventory' and that should give you the ID.
Not sure if those commands are in Oblivion though.
Bentley Wood
Nope, those commands DO work in oblivion but the nature of this "skin" armors is that they do not show up as inventory items, you can remove them if you have the BaseID, but otherwise they act like if they weren't there.
Logan James
It's been awhile since I've done anything related to the CK, but I believe the only difference with shit like Haskill's suit is that it's not marked as playable, meaning that even if you did obtain it from the console you can't equip it, and as such a mod is needed to fix it.
By skin armor if you mean the color changes associated with them, the Saints/Seducers are implemented as their own race IIRC, allowing their color/eyes/height differences. To give those changes to the player would also need a mod.
Apologies if I'm completely missing what you're asking.

When I was like 14, I killed a bunch of dark seducers and posed them lewdley in the town center and then fapped to it. I did this for like a month. I had a save file set up for it and everything. We didn't really have the internet, so it wasn't that bad as far as I was concerned.
This year I replayed Oblivion, and seen their potato faces and wondered just what the fuck I was thinking.
Justin Taylor
Sorta, even if it's not playable by the player they still have the "skin" equipped, but without knowing the BaseID it's impossible to remove it.
A good example is the Armor Martin wears in the Siege of bruma, if you use "removeallitems" it doesn't work, but if you found the ID for the armor (which is in the wiki, contrary to the dark seducer and golden saint one) you can use the comand "removeitem (BASEID) 1" you can actually remove that "skin" armor.
Dylan Butler
What are you trying to accomplish here? Are you trying to wear their NPC armor or just remove it? Either way, like another user said, easiest thing to do would be to fuck around in the CS and make a mod. No idea how you would find the actual IDs for these things.
Austin Garcia
Just remove them, and the ID should be somewhere, as the wiki has all of the other ID's for all of the other skin armors, the only one missing being the ones I need.
Nope, the ID listed there is actually the ID for the armor you get as a wearable Item in a quest, not the on the actual golden saint and dark seducers wear.
Lincoln Jackson
there are about a hundered, if what you're looking for isn't there sorry but its beyond my reckoning.
Julian Moore
It isn't but thank you anyways.
Christian Bell
I always figured the armor was built in to the character. Not something that could be removed. Like it's part of the mesh.
Aaron Reyes
Not quite, it is an invisible item but it can be removed with the right ID, just like with Haskill's attire.
Anthony Hall
just use the mod editor and find out yourself geeze
Michael Morales
are you sure the "skin" isnt just the actual character? or do they turn into random imperials when you remove it?
Hunter Phillips
I don't know what happens when you remove it for this NPC's, as I don't have the ID to do so, however, if every other NPC with a skin armor is an indication, if you remove it with commands they are still the same but without armor.
Carter Thomas
as in they still look like they wear it? or they have underwear on instead?
Ayden Thomas
Underwear on, as if you had removed normal armor from any other NPC
Colton Walker
then it isnt part of the armour and you cant equip it you need to find the color for the skin or possibly change into the races somehow
Nathaniel Garcia
Like I said, I don't care about equipping it, I care about removing it.
Aaron Walker
you need to change their race then i guess never used a command in my life so i wouldnt know which specific one
Ryder Martin
And for that I only need the BaseID for it, which I can't find anywhere
Luke White
i dont think anyone has ever bothered finding the base id for a normal golden saint
Ian Hall
000457D9 this is the baseID for a golden saint guard
Jayden Taylor
also apparently all the golden saints have their own specific baseID depending on where you are in the questline
Oliver Reed
Try using TES4Edit and combing through the Shivering Isles resources. This will give you the ID for any objects. You're going to have to do the digging yourself, noone here is going to do it for you.
