Those are all very old it seems.

They are also the only games I know of. By the way, while the MS M3 games are based on the anime, the fighting one is based on the OVA.

Also the Ken's Rage games for PS3.
First one is much better as a videogame, with more robust moveset and actually feels like a proper beat'em up rather than Musou but the story mode skips a lot of stuff. It compensates by having an awesome second what-if story mode.
The second one has been downgraded visually and in gameplay complexity, but the framerate is much better and it has a MUCH better story mode, unfortunately it has no what-if story mode like the first game and plays like generic Musou, overall a worse game than the first and only worth playing for the comprehensive main story mode.

None of the Hokuto no Ken games on Nintendo consoles have been good

Hokuto no Ken 1-2 for the Famicom are shitty side-scrolling games (HNK2 was released for the U.S. NES under the FotNS branding), Hokuto no Ken 3-5 are mediocre JRPGs that have no fan-translations, and Hokuto no Ken 6 and 7 on the Super Famicom (along with the Game Boy game) are bad Street Fighter clones.

There's a Nintendo DS game that's just a rhythm game and Ken's Rage 2 was ported to the Wii U (digital only though).

There's a pretty rad adventure game for the PC-88 and other old Japanese PCs though, but it's not translated.

The Punch Mania games are good too, but good luck finding a cabinet.

WiiU version of Ken's Rage 2 has awful performance issues and downgraded textures and is overall a very bad port, that's worth mentioning.

The combat seems kinda clunky and slow from the few gameplay vids I saw of Ken's Rage. It might just be the Musou format tho. I have never been much of a fan of those games as mashing apart mooks gets boring fast.

There's also the Mega Drive version of Hokuto no Ken 2 (released as Last Battle in the U.S. with altered graphics and name changes), which is another side-scrolling action game. It plays a bit like a lesser version of Altered Beast. It's not a particularly good game, but I consider it to be a guilty pleasure.

The Mark III game also got a polygonal remake for the PS2 as part of the Sega Ages 2500 series.

Also to add one last word about the PS1 game.
It's features all of the original anime voice actors, including Akira Kamiya as Kenshiro as well as Rei's VA which was his last voice acting role as he died violently the same year the game came out and the game was released as posthumous tribute to him.
The game is also fully voiced and features over 200 completely unique death cries for enemies and has great soundtrack.

Ken's Rage 1 isn't any slower than the source material, Hara was overseeing the production of the game personally and even contributed a few new techniques to flesh out character movesets, he's also the one that decided on speed of the game. And like I said, Ken's Rage 1 is a beat'em up, not a Musou. You don't kill enemies by the thousands in it other than in Dream Mode, aka the What-If mode.
It's Ken's Rage 2 that goes full blown Musou with 2 button braindead combat where every character has only like 4 combos, where you mow down whole armies of enemies effortlessly and so on. It's also much faster specifically for ADHD subhumans that enjoy Musou.

Like I said before, Ken's Rage 1 is a decent beat'em up with decent combat, but story mode skips a lot of material and makes up for it with great what-if story mode storylines.
Ken's Rage 2 is downgraded in literally every single way from visuals to gameplay, but makes up for it with a very comprehensive story mode which is the ONLY reason to even play Ken's Rage 2.

If you don't take the Hokuto no Ken lore seriously and want a good laugh, I would recommend the visual novel that was released for the Saturn and PS1 during the early 32-bit days. The thing feels like a badly-drawn OVA with fanfic-tier OCs that are basically expies of established characters. You don't even have to play it, since most of the game are cutscenes with simplistic battle sequences.

They probably got a C&D order from Coamix. They hinted on Twitter that they're going to publish an official English version of the original Hokuto no Ken soon.

Raoh pretty much hijacks the manga after Souther dies. He's the one who actually has to struggle against his adversaries, since Kenshiro already has an upper hand against him. And in the latter half of the manga, they whitewash his character posthumously in flashbacks.

It has the problem of trying to be stylized in a more modern setting. It's the same thing with the OVA's where it tries to be new, but loses out on the charm of the original and it's time period.

Maybe by some English website, but nope. It's this guy (Hiroyuki Yatsu). Hell, Tetsuo Hara isn't even the artist either (his former assistant has taken over the title, since Hara is still doing that Nobunaga manga).

The only Hokuto stuff Buroson wrote after the original manga was the novel that was adapted into the Shin Hokuto no Ken OVA and the Last Piece one-shot they made for the 30th-anniversary reprints. Everything else he's just a supervisor.

You really don't because just like IRL 80s music in special Japan-only version of Yakuza 0, those themes are only usable with the walkman item and serve basically no real purpose other than extra flavour. They're not actually used as the OP/ED or in any section of the game. Just stuff you can listen to on the walkman item you get ingame if you buy the jew expensive edition.
