so, is the nexus the only place to get mods? because i want a mod to lessen the grind, there was a good mod i found that like cut everything in half, you got double gold and xp from everything and that sounded perfect but it was outdated and made the game crash on startup, and there is no current other mod like it.

Just got the game about 2 weeks ago and I’m at about 110 weeks in-game. Loving it so far.
Just got wiped by the Brigand 16-Pounder. Only my second wipe in my whole run. Finally lost Dismas there.
Reynauld is still going strong though.
Waiting to beat all the regular bosses for tackling the Shuffling Horror. Just got 16-chan, Champion Prophet, and Champion Crew left.
Any tips for when I finally run the DD?

The quirks you get at the end of a quest seem to have no correlation to what happened in the dungeon. Finished a quest without a single fight and 3 people got a negative quirk and 2 a disease, explain this bullshit

Whenever you end the dungeon, your heroes have a chance to gain negative or positive quirks. The chance of acquiring new quirks depends on the level of stress, however stress above 100 counts as 100.

If you do not complete the quest objective:
Chance of positive quirk: 35 - 0.15 * stress
Chance of negative quirk: 40 + 0.26 * stress
If you complete the quest objective:
Chance of positive quirk: 45% (regardless of stress)
Chance of negative quirk: 25 + 0.25 * stress
So its RNG that can be midigated by low stress

i think a sorcerer or witch would be cool. the closest we have to that in the game right now is the occultist bu he isnt really a dedicated damage dealer who only uses magic.

I am 100% certain that Plague Doctor has the highest chance of getting Nymphomaniac out of all the characters. Literally every run I always get two or three with the quirk.

This is from before a lot of buffs, nerfs, and changes happened to make jester worse and hwm god tier so his team is ok.

His major fuck up was his hellions set up. Not giving her the self heal in a place with lots of mark and dots is suicide and that one choice tumbled everything down on something that should've been a relatively easy run.
