Shadow Of Destiny / Memories is comfy and cool.

The game is basically Silent Hill 2 for pussies. Even the protagonists look similar.
Also, the town in the present is the comfiest shit ever.

Maybe, if SH2 had good fucking writing, no plot holes and 7 endings that actually all fall together. SH2 is a great game but Shadow of Destiny is the pinnacle of writing and quite likely the best story in any game that Konami put out ever.

I've played and researched these games for well over 15 years, and never have I heard anything state that she'd have a cancer.
That being said, the way she got into town has been stated: she got a ride from Eddie, after running away.

Team Silent are a team known for their attention to details and providing high quality everything in their games.

When a totally separated group makes a quick make-shift bonus campaign JUST because Microsoft requested it for the Xbox port of the game, long after the game was shipped, its entire existence can and SHOULD be questioned. It's the same as Todd coming out one day in 2018, and saying that Doom 1 actually had a fifth episode, which reveals that the rest of the game was all a dream and you're actually living in the 16th century England.

That being said, BFAW is not THAT contradictory towards the OG SH2 campaign. If anything, it just demonstrates the raw strength of the town's projection capabilities, how it can create convincing "people" even.

The normie influx might have increased since then, especially with all the media attention over GG and Sup Forums the last few years.
