The variety. There are just so many options to choose from.
massive multiplayer games

Mods
I released a mod that reached the front page of steam. Made me happy that people were using stuff I had made and were having fun.
Laughing at consoles.
Emulation. No paid online. Pretty much the fact that I can alt tab and multitask more efficiently and set up a control scheme with binds
i can look at porn and play games at the same time.
The freedom
Came here to post this.
Mostly better performance, the freedom of tinkering with games, and general usefulness of PC for anything other than games
I can pirate games easily and emulators.
I like being able to download games illegally. Also emulation.
don't have to play extra to use the internet I already payed for and you can tweak the settings to get non meme performance
I can type messages ingame fast and do not have to rely on slow virtual keyboards to type with gamepads.
Pretty fucking awesome considering I have all my games in one place and huge variety. People don't look hard enough cause they're lazy. Not to mention the Terabytes of space I have. Fucking hell it isn't even a meme.
rape mods
bestiality mods
SexLab
LoversLab
r
I can use my computer for more things (like games)
I can torrent things and buy them if the devs deserve it
I am also on a laptop so portablility helps a lot, I am not in a situation where I could even use a home console
mods are cool too
plus emulator open up a vast amount of games from the past that mightnot even be playable otherwise
• Keyboard and mouse controls with the option of using any USB gamepad.
• A huge number of games.
• A wide variety of games.
• The ability to play old games without blowing the dust off various old consoles.
• No additional fees for going online to play games.
• The ability to customize a machine and pay for exactly the performance you want.
• Good deals on games. This really cannot be understated. I've gotten a ton of good games, mainstream AAA games included, for literally $1 or less. However, this doesn't apply to people who insist on buying games as soon as they come out. They still pay $60 for everything and it must be awful.

Handy. Growing up as a poorfag without stuff like SNES, emulation was a godsend that gave me access to titles that I'd never even heard of. The actual library of PC games is vast. While you sometimes have to tinker with shit to make it work, you can conceivebly play stuff entierly to your own liking. When Rockstar started fucking around with GTA Online I had been playing Multi Theft auto for almost six years thanks to mods. Having access to custom resolution and higher quality rendering based on your hardware is objectivly a good thing, especially if you want to play multi-platform stuff.
Of course, this is Sup Forums so you're bound to run into a mix of falseflagging cocksuckers and faggots trying to shill a console of their choice, or simply mustard race niggers who write off genuinely great games because it doesn't do 60 FPS or support futa mods or some other bullshit.
I play basically play only various strategy games, sometimes some old crpgs or stealth games. I don't have any other choice.
60+fps, keyboard and mouse, 99% of the vidya is playable on PC, versality, free online, cheap games, comfy as fuck.
Truly the best platform
Piracy was the appeal at first, most times I pay for games now. Mountains and mountains of games, emulation, and lots of variety. Plus aiming is much better.

Well, first off, its a pc. I can alt tab and do something like search something or put some music while playing while being able to control things like sound a lot better. Just the fact its comfortable, versatile, upgradeable and what not is great yknow.
Its got a great game selection. Rimworld, DF, ss13, most RTSs, good new indies, rpgs, shooters, simulators, all gold stuff.
Pirating is really nice and prices for vidya is fair. I pirate but buy for really cool devs with good games or games that got me some real good play hours. Emulation is also fucking amazing, bless it.
The interface is fucking great, physical and digital. You can add in controlers all youd like, but a mechanical keyboard and mouse just feels so good to use, typing on a ps3 just felt off.
Its upgradeable, a lot. Its aesthetic as fug, looks nice in most cases and all that.
So yeah, all lf these.
-biggest game library by far
-better graphics
-better framerate
-cheaper games
-100's of free games
-better controls + more control options
-mods
-more user content (maps, skins, etc)
-free online MP
-upgradeable
-backwards compatibility
Piracy
These, plus fps and strategy games. Most interesting console games either get ported or emulated, and it has a big enough library to not even look at them in the first place.Modding can be nice for some specific games too,and stable fps is rather important. On top of these,
I'm living in a third world country so everything is expensive. You don't get to buy a good pc and the rest of the consoles unless you spend huge numbers,so pc is a better choice.
>third world
my nigguh.
larger more interesting catalogue
t.toaster who doesnt play games anymore
I can do whatever the fuck I want with no restrictions.
Free games.
It usually has more people in voice chat, has some more niche games that I like, the steam model is pretty convenient for play with friends
All games are free.
I can pirate games and emulate shit. Only reason I even have a PS4 is for the Yakuza and Kingdom Hearts games.
Single player games and mods. I use my PC more for other hobbies than I do gaming though.
Total war series. Can't play them on consoles.
MMOs, emulators and flash games.
Hacking. Considering other people may have better setups, faster frame rates, superior keyboards etc, I think hacking is fine as long as it's subtle little boosts and stuff, not headshot through walls etc.
>no platform wars
What's pc master race bullshit then
Pkeks lmao
OP meant for this thread you fucking retard.
FBPB
/thread, everyone go home
There's literally nothing wrong with drinking soylent.
Everything. Tons of control options, free online for everything outside of P2P MMOs, mountains of interesting games, good sales on digital content, flexible content platforms, extensive modding capabilities, hardware flexibility to let you choose the value you place on your user experience, and so on. PC gaming has gotten incredibly easy in recent years, too. I remember all the troubles endemic to drivers in the early days.
Yes there is, it is not food, it is just sugar with soy that can't substitute food and destroys your gastric system. You are eating something comparable to doritos as a food supplement.
freedom
Mostly is the best way to play every game. Graphically, performance wise and even controller wise since you plug pretty much anything to it and it will work.
You miss out on some exclusives if you're poor, but it still the better option.
Not to mentions, mods, emulation, piracy ( not only games but movies too), not paying for internet twice, TV plug in option. Honestly the ONLY reason to get a console is exclusives. the "durr 3000$ doller" meme is the only argument against it and it isn't true.
I make music, and the benefits of having a good music PC are the exact same for a good gaming PC.
Here's also a list:
-Emulation
-Good variety of games
-Better graphics and framerates
-Endless controller support
-Things like steam link still let me enjoy gaming not at my desk
It's just the best choice overall.
1. Able to pirate 75% of games I want
2. Modding
3. Lots of graphics options
4. Able to change control bindings
5. I like keyboard and mouse better than controllers
6. No paid online
7. I like Steam more than other digital storefronts
Forgot about emulation, that too
the fact that I can buy 4 or 5 games with the 2€ I made off cards sales on steam.
Also the fact that I can use any controller to play what ever I damn well please.
Also mods.
Also piracy.
I like that I can play my favorite games in high resolution and that they scale with hardware over time. Being able to play older and newer games all in one place without losing access to the library over time is especially a perk.
I got into PC gaming after Final Fantasy Type 0 HD and Neptunia Re;Birth 1 came out and have been loving it ever since.
what vidya is this?
High refresh and mods
+mods
+options
+always runs the best, always looks the best except in very very rare and unique cases
+compatible with just about anything you plug in
+convenience, PC is usually on throughout the day so don't have to go through the trouble of booting it up
+backwards compatible with games from 30 years ago
+/- emulation is there but its a hassle, while playing older games on one of the consoles is easy and convenient (but costs money)
--------------------basically no physical games, and games that are physical are bound to your account
-a lot of great exclusives locked on other systems
-less population, PC is the only platform where games dying within the release year is a genuine concern
-multiple different publishers have their own exclusive launcher that you HAVE to use playing games from said publisher
-upgrading is more frequent and more expensive than console upgrades (or at least was, with the advent of xbone x and ps4 pro who can say for the future, my 2014 PC runs games better than the pro but worse than the X)
overall, just be an idort
I like that I can take a break from hw, play an hour, and then switch back to my work.
Building PC's is also really fun, but sadly, super expensive
Freedom, variety, it isn't just for video games, emulation, performance, graphical options, the choice to use KB+M or controller whenever it fits cheaper games, all games in one location instead of split on 10+ different devices, not needing to buy HD re-releases, mods.
League of Legends. Not even joking. I didn't play it because of Sup Forums's hate for it convinced me not to play. Got into it a couple of months ago and it's so addicting. The community is really bad though
>Got into it a couple of months ago and it's so addicting. The community is really bad though
Oh boy, I just got off 8 years of league. The new runes finally killed the game for me.
Nu-Riot is a chinese profit-oriented corporation. Enjoy having entire metas balanced around which skin line rito is banking on for that year.
Get out while you can, seriously
Tokyo Xanadu eX+
Its an ARPG by Falcom
Take off your trip and ask again.
Some genres just work better with keyboard and mouse. That's about it for me. Don't care about graphics and all that nonsense.
already got my answer you cuck.
>he thinks spiky orc futa cock is a meme
