What went so right?

What went so right?

ARTIFICIAL SPEED

It felt huge as fuck even though it isn't

Playing a nigger was fun

Not exactly premium liquor, is it?

Biomes. Fucking love the desert. The old abandoned airfield/safehouse is orobably one of the comfiest places in vidya ever. And riding around the badlands on a chopper while listening to K-DST is pure kino

Everything

There was actually shit to find and places to enter.

It is huge as fuck, though. Stop looking at bullshit images that render the whole map. I bet our earth itself would look small as fuck if someone removed the fog distance and you could only see it on a 1920x1080 image.

This. I loved how each city had a distinct feel. I'd love to see another GTA map with more than 1 goddamn city.

They knew what to do with limited space.
The complete opposite of how they handled GTA V's map.

It's big enough. Sure. But go back and play it today and within the same time it takes you to drive from Los Santos to San Fierro to Las Venturas you'll have just driven from one side of Los Santos to the other in GTA V.

Territory wars.

>See SA
>Remember GTA DAYZ
>Remember the days of Bustas all going around on adventures.

Man, those were fun times with Sup Forums

stunt plane

Very well map design and diversity

Why do people post this ugly fucking bitch? Every time I see this disgusting vacant starting bitch, my day is ruined.

>yfw first time you try to cross to las venturas without having unlocked it

What was the story for that? Terrorists?

Played it for 100+ hrs and I still feel there are secrets on this map I'll never see. There were also all these myths about the game online, all in all a pure 10/10 experience back in the day

No idea, I think it was the feds or something telling CJ not to leave the city, but now that I think about it that might be IV or V, I don't really recall.

Think that was for 4.

And then 5 actually kicked you out of los santos cause Mendoza's men came after you.

Which is dumb cause you already explored it. There's no awe factor lile when you see las venturas for the first time

GTA with interesting rural areas. The forests were incredible fun to explore and you could actually get lost due to the low draw distance.

V could have been good but the map was 80% treeless hills.
