>6 damage

Yeah, anyone that says this trash isn't RNG is lying to themselves. I've never seen bullshit this ridiculous in a game before
Everyone is low stress full health

REMINDED
>enter the next room
Why? You should have abandoned the quest.
I havent played this game in over a year (quit playing after i beat it), are there some mods that i should install if i try playing again?
This.
OP should have reminded himself.
That team comp is quite possibly one of the shittest I've ever seen. REMIND YOURSELF.
Why would I do that? It's the 2nd to last room I needed to finish the quest, there was a strong chance that there wouldn't be anything in there, and I had an unused firewood and 8 food items. Also, the remaining 3 people in my team were full health.
Well if you wanted to camp, why didn't you go back to the previous room then?
Well, now you see what happens because you didnt, don't blame your shit decision making on rng. Maybe next time the situation arises, you can remind yourself
>everyone is low stress
>let me just casually backpedal while taking 10 stress points on the whole every 2 steps for 10 squares
The fact that my entire fucking full health team died to the literally most fucking trivial enemies in the game that way is complete horseshit and you know it. My lowest chance to hit was 80% and for some reason 3 people managed to miss their hits and the 4th managed to hit for the lowest amount he could. And as it so happens, they all decided to focus down that one guy, got two crits on him, and instantly deathblow'd him after getting him to 0 hp. Don't even try to convince me this is anything other than complete fucking bullshit. There was literally nothing I could do about this situation.
You will lose entire parties to bullshit at points in the game, either get used to it or find another game I would say, it does not get better further in.
Yup, the game is RNG bullshit and you will die with no possible counterplay. Don't like it play another game.
You literally said you wanted to camp you stupid faggot, don't expect me to magically know the health and stress state of your party after you complained you couldn't camp in a hallway.
DAZED, REELING
>Do one or more of these options to keep your people alive
>I dont want to!
>People die
>WOW how did this happen?
DSP go home
>take a risk
>doesn't pay off
>woooow how was I supposed to know that risks don't pay off haaha thanks Red Hookjima
>being this concerned about the negligible stress damage you take for backpedaling a single corridor on low stress heroes before CAMPING
One feast or one zealous speech and woah look the stress is gone. I lost my favorite occultist in a spider encounter too. Encountered. Webbed. Bite, crit for 37. Blight. Occultist turn. Deathblow. Rage quit. You shouldn't be this upset unless your'e playing on Stygian, but there's probably workshop mods to remove/extend the death limit anyways.
Quicker walking and faster combat, (or do what I do and make the game 3x as fast with cheatengine) whatever class mods look cool to you, there's an overhaul mod called pitch black dungeon but I think you shouldn't overhaul the game before you play crimson court.
>My lowest chance to hit was 80% and for some reason 3 people managed to miss their hits
If all to-hits were 80%, there's 0.80% chance of all attacks missing.
>and the 4th managed to hit for the lowest amount he could
16.66% chance (1/6) of happening.
Together, a 0.13% chance of happening. Which means you can expect such an outcome once every 770 battles. Unlikely, but not zero.
If it was three Miss! in a row, that would be a .0167% chance because those happen 10% of the time
Now consider the fact that the spiders chose to focus the bounty hunter (2nd in line), got two crits, then decided to focus him again on their second turn and got an instant deathblow.
well they'll always go for a marked target so
1/4 to mark BH
1/3 to deathblow him
and im gonna estimate from experience here, given how many attacks were made against him, that there was a 1 in 3 chance that many attacks would put him on deaths door.
There's a reason we fear the spiders, because no matter how small the odds seem for things to spiral out of control, there's always the chance they stun/mark/crit/DoT your healer while the rest of your team dicks around or rolls low on speed.
ACC is capped at 90% chance to hit, but OP described at least one hero as having 80%.
My initial calculation assumed all heroes had 80% to-hit.
If one of the other heroes had 90% to-hit, the final chance would be 0.06% (1 in 1,500).
If both of the other heroes had 90% to-hit, the final chance would be 0.03% (1 in 3,000).
No matter how low the chance, anything above 0% can happen. Weighing the probability against the consequence is up to each person.
Did the Bounty Hunter have Marked status from the spiders' attacks? If so, since the spiders can hit all rows, and a Marked target is available, the spiders would attack the Mark 100% of the time.
>i'm too retarded to learn to play
>guess it's the game's fault
i bought it in the sale and i'm having a great time
