Koakuma's sister, Tsubaki, SpannerMan, and TankMan... Those are the ones I was thinking of for now. Not sure about that DruidMan (or what it was), since it could just be an elaborate disguise.
TankMan falls into the "based on the theme", but those others should be "true OCs", unless I'm mistaken?

I don't know how it started, but there being two koas (long and short haired) is popular as fuck so everyone is happy with it. Rika loves tanks, so a navi based on this is appropriate. Spannerman, now he and his operator are a true OC problem.

Have to admit that this is the first I hear of there being two Koakumas, but I guess that is that.
Also, I guess you could count Mari as sort of an OC?

Getting Fighter means you're using the buster too much.

Naturally, but I don't remember using ADD that much (and PAs only after getting the style), so it could've been either way, with the first one being set because... I dunno.
I guess Power+ chips give big points towards Doc, then.

If I recall offhand, healing chips also a big plus towards getting Doc.

The mail at least says "Use ADD, use PAs, use Power+ chips".
There could of course be hidden conditions, but that would be sort of weird.

Hit the enemy with a chip just when it attacks. Works as long as the chip doesn't stop time.

If memory serves, BN3 at least had the "Can't get same element twice in a row", which would be pretty great.

Yeah but the basic story was already probably decided on at that time and he probably didn't want to rewrite it or have the spriter throw out sprite work they already did. An NPC here or their like Sagume and Sumireko isn't as complicated as replacing a boss.

I haven't tried it at all, the description makes it sound like there needs to be poison panels on the field to work.

I used it on ligers onced, i don't remember what happened afterwards...

medicine makes poisons panels, hell, used it from you zone middle point, it poison panel all the enemy area.

It powers up on poison panels but you can use it without it.

It creates a 3 by 3 block of poison panels two panels ahead. i.e. if you use it from the center panel you will poison the enemies entire field.

You want at least 1 doc anyway
Heatdoc if running aqua
Aquadoc if running elec
Leafdoc if running heat
Elecdoc for stun

Doc seems pretty powerful, yeah.
Don't care much for Injection Tray, but free sixth Chip slot, at least for turn 1, is nice.

Ligers on poison panels will counter attack being poisoned.
