Doom was also not that unlikely because of Bethesda, Resident Evil Revelations was on the Wii U and originally a 3DS game so it's very likely that RE:R2 is also going to be ported
Rocket League is just some indie game
only mildy surprising thing might be maybe L.A. Noire, unless we already knew the game was going to be ported to modern systems

Actually, no, that's exactly what I expected from a Nintendo console.

Doom 2016 was unlikely as fuck because it's over 70 GB on PC and requires a monster PC for the best visuals. Thankfully it can scale pretty well. Revelations 2 is already on Switch.

My bets are on Dishonored 1 and 2, GTA 5, RDR, and maybe Prey or Overwatch

Stuff like LA Noire were probably a surprise because nobody expected a remaster in the first place.

If Dishonered happens, Prey will likely happen too.
GTA 5 is possible but I doubt RDR, it would just make people ask for RDR2 as well and I think that would be unlikely

Hey, at least it would make an UI rework possible.

Nintendo hardly even had any third party support at all for a long time.

I think it's more that Rockstar hadn't supported a Nintendo system since Chinatown Wars and Bethesda since the NES.

Why was it unlikely? The game looks and runs like shit on the Switch.

Japanese third party exclusives. Multiplats are nice but I could pirate them on PC so don't care much about that.
