WHAT A THRILL
WHAT A THRILL
And twin snakes since it's a nintendo console.
Why wouldn't it have Twin Snakes?
>Try to play the Vita version of MGS2
>It's sub HD, drops frames all the time, can't be controlled properly because of no analog buttons or secondary shoulder buttons
>Wanting this on Switch
Yeah nah.
...
but switch has it all
>still no MGS1
All your complaints wouldn't be present on the switch though. So what's your problem?
top kek
Switch has analog triggers now?
It would run way worse on Switch.
Vita = PS3
Switch = Portable Wii.
The Wii, as you may recall, was about half the power of the PS2and could not run most major releases like San Andreas or Splinter Cell. If the Wii tried to run anything more complicated than Wii music, it would stutter and choke and eventually crash. The Switch is no different.
Well, if they maintain the 720P resolution (preferably 1080P) without dropping the framrate and without dropping in the overall graphical fidelity, then I could see why even those with 360s and PS3s would want to get this compilation on the Switch.
Then again, not everyone has the patience to wait until you get home to play games.
You do realise that it is at least more powerful the the wii u, right?
TTS sucks ass. There's zero reason to not include MGS1 on it at this point.
Switch is way more powerful than Vita
Vita is 30 gigaflops
Switch undocked is 157 gigaflops
Switch is 5x more powerful
>Switchfags are so desperate for games, they resorting to photoshopping covers of videogames from other platforms.
TTS makes more sense on a Nintendo console. MGS1 would need a lot of rerecorded dialogue due to how much they reference PS1 button functions in CODEC calls and if they're going to do that, they might as well just remake the whole damn game.
>not having 1 but instead having trash peace walker
you're a faggot, Vita version was great and will probably outperform a Switch version
>being retarded
Switch is weak shit kiddos
>Vita version was great and will probably outperform a Switch version
You have to be a Sonybro if you truly believe this.
t. nintenbro
I've played MGS2 10 times easily on the Vita, shit is great
And it will run better on the Switch. Not that I care enough to play a 15+years-old PS2 game on the go.
>Not that I care enough to play a 15+years-old PS2 game on the go.
literally a child, no wonder you support the switch, you're a nu-gamer and I can smell the soy from here
I haven't even bought a Nintendo product since the GameCube.
>4 reposts in less than 2 hours
This would be the only reason I'd buy a Switch
prove him wrong and post a picture of yourself soybitch
I'd buy this
especially because my ps3 version got scratched and I now cant play through mgs2 to completion.
Prove what wrong? How about he proves that he doesn't look like that?
You were called out first kiddo, get on it
>you're a faggot, Vita version was great and will probably outperform a Switch version
540p with an adaptive resolution, drops, and not only enough buttons, but not the right kind of buttons to do what the game was designed for.
Outside of the problem that it's not true, but why would anyone want this is beyond me, the least thing the Switch needs right now is MORE ports, especially ports of games that were not only on Vita but on the 3DS too, 95% of the Switch' library is ports, of dubious quality too.
Why do Nintendo fanboys pretend they've ever cared about MGS?
How so? I'm not the one spamming the same image every half hour
guys, this is bait.
We all know that the Wii was just under the original Xbox in terms of power and that the Switch is a small step up from the Wii U
I FUCKING NEED THIS
digital buttons
Why did konami port mgs3 and 2 to A FUCKING NVIDIA SHIELD which is dead platform instead of a pc or switch?
>MGS1 would need a lot of rerecorded dialogue due to how much they reference PS1 button functions in CODEC calls
No it wouldn't.
The PC port was made with no alterations whatsoever.
>The PC port was made with no alterations whatsoever.
Because it was a late 90s PC port and they didn't care about that kind of shit back then. And even then, they still cut out the entire Psycho Mantis' memory card reading/Dual Shock vibrating cutscene.
>Press the circle button repeatedly to regain your strength
>Controls have no circle button.
can the switch even run mgs3 without slowdown?
They still did not care of such stuff with HD ports when making the Xbox 360 versions.
should be fine, seeing how much more powerful Switch is than PS2.
>They still did not care of such stuff with HD ports when making the Xbox 360 versions.
That's because MGS2 and 3 used platform-neutral button names to begin with. And even then, they still rerecorded some of the dialogue in both games because Microsoft's preferred term for an analog stick is "thumbstick."
>That's because MGS2 and 3 used platform-neutral button names to begin with.
So does MGS1.
Besides fairly global "SELECT BUTTAN'!", the Codec conversations talk about "ACTION BUTTON" and "CRAWL BUTTON".
Cute. A sonnyger trying to get his shitty meme popular by spamming it left and right. You wouldn't bother doing this if you had games to play, faggot.
They also refer to the shoulder buttons by PS names (e.g. L1 R1 L2 R2)
The fact both MGS2 HD and MGS3 HD are on the Nvidia Shield could mean this is a real possibility.
The problem is that Konami perpetually has it's head up it's own ass and it's priorities in the wrong place.
if the 3ds can run MGS3 then so can the switch
>Vita outperforming a Switch
the 3ds struggled with MGS3 to be fair.
However of course the Switch can run these games comfortably. I don't know why we're having a discussion over whether this can run fucking PS2 games
