How was it mechanically?

FF type-0 lets lets you play as school girls, if you want an action game. The soulsborne series is pretty good for dress up.

Lewd is nice but not preferred.

You play it for the story. Combat is interesting but unbalanced so it's pretty worthless. It's only during the boss battles that the system actually works and those boss battles were absolutely amazing (maybe the music fooled me, though).

Could not deal with the psp controls on the PC. Maybe I'll try again when I've exhausted all other options.

I did however play Lightning Returns, which was very satisfying. Hell of a lot of costumes to unlock.

heard the game has a really bad spike because of some mechanic where enemies can interrupt your turn and attack. some bosses can do it up to 4 times in a row

The controls can get awkward yes but I felt the game more than made up for it personally. LR is quite nice yeah, forgot to mention that. How about gravity rush?

PC only. I like using graphical enchancements on janky games and taking screenshots.

Hmm I don't have any more ideas except perhaps tales of berseria, but the only good alternative costumes are dlc(although you could pirate).

I tried this one out but the gameplay was really boring honestly and the time limit stuff kinda put me off. I wanted to control the other characters but I didn't play enough to see if you ever get to swap characters.
