The treasure hunts just help you find the chests. Chests will spawn regardless of being online or not, but they're a pain in the ass to find without the hunts.

Without online you won't have the hunts, but you will still be able to get all of the items from the chests, just no where near as easily.

Almost done with all the sidequests. The Battle Nurse ones gave me cancer because I am bad at precision.

that's probably the biggest and most obvious flaw with the GR combat, but unfortunately lockon would not work in these games because the entire gravity shifting mechanic and a lot of the attacks (gravity kick and stasis) are determined by camera aim like a TPS

You might still want to do treasure hunts until you get all of the treasure chest rewards.
You can do the Delvool mines and find the ghosts of the fallen so you can grab the talismans of the players who died down there

You'll still be able to 100% the game but it'll be excruciatingly slow as you'll have to find dozens of treasure chests without photo tip-offs. I've been playing for a week and only found one chest without a tip-off. I'm half expecting them to patch the spawn rate at some point (already got everything I want so I'm cool either way).

If you want to use the online to unlock all the dusty token stuff then I'd say you have another three or four days until it's almost impossible to do it that way. This'll give you five days to do it, but you have to be dedicated.

Glad I got the platinum before it gets harder soon.
