I never disliked this game in the first place. It's the best Zelda game since Wind Waker.

I'm sorry that the Zelda series got so off track a linear game like Skyward Sword sounded like a real Zelda game to Nintendo

A re-release with skippable cutscenes, faster text and hard mode available from the start would do it wonders

Nah fuck off. I'll always be disappointed that the formula for 3D Zelda and its dungeons never expanded after the N64 era. SS exemplified Zelda's failures, every concept they tried to elaborate on, every new gimmick added, was just a bad idea. They ended up scrapping the whole 3D formula because of it.

I'm sorry it took over a decade of doubling down on only the worst aspects of OoT in order to make a game so bad that even the developers realized they had to pull themselves out of the pit they dug.
They spent so much time getting the stupid fucking simon says combat to work on a basic level. Even then the AI usually breaks if you just don't lock on, so you can just flail the enemy to death anyways.

game treats you like a fucking retard for about 5 hours straight assuming you dont even know how to move or press a button. Only console zelda game I gave up on. I dont need a fucking 30 minute tutorial about how to get on a roof and pick up a faggot cat. it is absolute kiddie trash.
