Tbh DMC4:SE is just ripping the animations from DmC and polishing them. Vergil didn't even have these animations in DMC3:SE. I guess they salvaged what they could from DmC.

Whatever, they re-used them. They took the concept whole sale from the shit games. It's an odd choice considering Vergil's animations were different (and better) in DMC3.

Yeah you should get it. It's the third best Devil May Cry game and the best western hack n slash. The original was bad but the definite edition is good since it's at a decent fps and they fixed a lot of the flaws.

Don't forget the lighting, the textures, the filtering and the aliasing are all better.
