the game isn't better but it has better faction and main quest stories. Level scaling is an issue with all the games, but only Oblivion has it bad with the quest rewards. There's a few in Skyrim but they're all in the Thieves Guild or endgame items.

I'm a complete scrub when it comes to modding so i am using NMM. Is it possible to use these mods you're talking about alongside it?

you should switch to mod organizer for one thing, it does everything NMM does but better, but yes, you should be able to make them work together.

I use NMM because i was told it was the easiest for beginners, and i've stayed with it mostly because of the "Download with manager" option on Nexus.

How hard is it for a complete fucking retard, and i mean that, to bring mods into "mod organizer" ?

It can download things in the same way as NMM, by pressing download with manager

Mod organizer is better because its basically an all in one tool, 9/10 times a crash happens its because of load order or overwritten files and mod organizer prevents that by telling you, it also doesn't place mods in your skyrim directory meaning you'll always have a clean version of skyrim so you won't have to reinstall
Its also a he of a lot faster, there's more features but I'm phone posting
