Who is the Jonny Joestar of vidya characters?
Other urls found in this thread:
That's pretty specific.
Jonny Joestar from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven
Sans Undertale
How TF do you 'accidentally' kill your brother?
Maybe Siegfried from Soul Caliber? I dunno, that's incredibly specific.
Besides, best Jojo was the OG Jonathan.
>not johnny joestar from all star battle
he had a pet mouse that his father ordered him to kill, he let it go in secret instead. later the mouse runs onto the race track and spooks his brother's horse, throwing the brother from the saddle, killing him. it probably was a different mouse, but johnny blames himself all the same.
Get this terrorist out of my face
And then a rock fell on Johnny and he died too
>(not) raised by his neglectful father
>Only people who loved him were his brother, mother, wife, and daughter
>Kills them all unintentionally and never forgives himself
>Father blames him for it and says that Gaia took the wrong son
>Tries to escape the pain through suicide
>Gods make him a God, taking that chance away from him
>Tries to hide the pain with Spartan army as new family
>Becomes a mortal again and they're all killed, taking that life away from him
Who is the Gally/Alita of video games?
>lose memories
>fall in love
>love dies
>fall in love again
>become a plant
What an amazing life.
It didnt fall on him though, it was caused by the corpse of Jesus Christ.
*teleports above you*
are they ever bringing that up again?
probably not
nah it was the sliding thing in the leafy street
*breaks through dimensional walls*
*punches u infinity times*
*keeps bringing you back until your dead*
Heh...
Those things are actually created by Tusk Act 4.
Once he fell off his horse his fingers touched the ginko leaves on the ground, and since the spin is infinite it's still there all the way till Part 8.
Guess it could have been either.
Costanza.
Probably not, considering the corpse is supposed to still be buried at the Higashikata residence and no crazy geography warping shit is happening.
Really just speculation though, since the wall eyes havent been explained yet either.
he got his legs back tho! only to have is children to be cursed by a disease.... and then be killed
I just wish parts 7 and 8 had more continuity I guess.
The "Curse of Johnny Joestar" seems to have fallen by the wayside for the whole molepeople/rock men thing
>ASB Johnny
A complete Gary Stu? MC from Persona 3.
you know at the end of SBR when Johnny's dad showed up at the very end of the race
it hit me hard, I dunno why. I think it was because he was carrying the brother's boots or something but still. The paneling and artwork in SBR is incredible
How is Johnny a gary sue? He doesn't even beat Dio.
And MC didn't beat Nyx.
Considering he never once showed up outside of a flashback, it fell flat. With no buildup it just seems more that he only likes Johnny because he's winning a big race. Really, everything after Valentine died felt dragged out. It doesn't even make sense that he would entrust everything to Diego.
yeah it was cool and all but
>and then everybody in the audience clapped
Wrong jojo, user
it's such fucking bullshit that DIO managed to get away from tusk act 4
>a complete and utter failure that has to train like a motherfucker to be able to win
>somehow a mary sue
just shitposting on an anime thread as usual.
Have you done your daily Jojo posing today, Sup Forums? Link related, I do this routine everyday.
Explain how he's a gary sue. And P3MC does beat Nyx by sealing him.
Yeah but D4C beyond the grave was a pretty sick kill
>Johnny would've had a solid victory if only Diego hadn't been rushed by groupies at just the right time.
I think araki didn't want to end SBR on a whimper, a lot of the endings to the other parts are abrupt and don't really work. Diego w/the world doesn't make sense but it works as an encore for SBR. Essentially it ended with tusk act 4 cucking valentine for eternity but still
>Like part 2 and 4
>Part 1 is okay, but I wouldn't watch it again
>Didn't finish part 3 because villain of the week doesn't interest me and felt too "shonen" in the bad way for me
>Reading part 5 and not really feeling it so far
>Part 6 doesn't look interesting either
>SBR and Jojolion look really fucking good
What does Sup Forums think of Part 5 and 6?
part 5 is fucking fantastic, cool stands and unironically best fashion in jojo
part 6 was a fucking disaster and a missed opportunity
I have a friend who loves part 5 and 6, part 6 is kinda another part 3, but I think part 5 was pretty good in its own way.
I might finish part 5, but part 6 really doesn't look good. From what I read of Part 7 and 8, I enjoyed those, especially the aesthetic.
Part 5 has the best fights of the series and a strong supporting cast but Giorno isn't very interesting. Part 6 is easily the worst of the series, but it also has one of the best endings
Yeah, my problem with Giorno. Passione seem fine though.
I might as well finish it then. I rarely hear people talk about part 6, do many people hate it?
>tfw Part 1 3 and 5 are my favorites
>everyone I talk to likes 2 4 7 and 8 the most
part 6 is alright but...it has a lot of crappy arcs. The beginning is quite strong but everything after maximum security is fucking stupid with some inane and retarded stands. It pretty much continues being really stupid right up until the end where it becomes amazing
so eh
Part 5 is pretty good, I didn't really appreciate it all that much until I finished it though. Part 6 isn't the best but it's not bad, easily has some of the most bizarre fights in the series which is what kept me reading.
I don't hate part 1, it's just weaker than the parts that I like. It gets a pass for being the first in the series though.
Part 3 is just boring, especially if you don't like the villain of the week formula.
I did like the sound of the ending part though.
Interesting.
I hated the villain of the week formula and forced myself to read all of part 3. Hated every second of it.
Then looking back I felt I actually enjoyed it.
It became my favorite part and I've read it over 4 times already.
You forgot
>dies offscreen in the sequel
also to answer you question, SMT I protagonist or Rookie from Halo ODST
JoJo?
5 is fun, even if its structure is a bit too MOTW and parts of it feel sloppy. 6 has the lowest loss, but some of the highest highs. 7 is the best and 8 may overtake by the time it's done.
It's a shame because the final fight with Dio was really enjoyable.
That's an interesting perspective on part 6.
you have the opposite taste of me.
Part 6 was great
Part 5 had a good concept but poor execution
>tfw even the guy cursed for eternity has it better than you
Jojo reference?
Goddamn the Jojo threads on Sup Forums are fucking shit. I was glad when a Jojo anime was announced but holy shit did it gave birth to a shitload of cancer. I know this might sound hipster as fuck but I don't even like to talk about it anymore even though I still read it. Atleast the manga got licensed thanks to the popularity /blog
