they ran out of videos, pat and woolie were supposed to be back from magcon but Woolie's flight got delayed so they recorded stuff today instead of yesterday. they've been living off reserves for like 3 weeks now

They worked together. I doubt there was much past that. You can have friends that you don't really care about enough to keep a relationship up outside of mutual workplaces.

Liam's playstyle wasn't conducive to the LP life. Sure it saved the Metroid Fusion LP, but every other LP with him behind the controls was a disaster. The YT comments were all just hate comments on Liam's gun-jumping and reckless playstyle. The channel is more snail paced, i.e. when Woolie is behind the controls.

When will Matt leave? He actively groans whenever that room movie or some other movie or Netflix shit isn't being talked about and he hates video games. That combined with him almost never being on the podcast anymore (not that this is a bad thing) should've been grounds for dismissal ages ago.

Founders are immune to dismissal. If "his" kikestarter game succeeds, you can expect him to jump ship from the LP life.

If Pat was the reason why Liam left then why didn't Matt fire him?

Aria of Sorrow and Super Mario RPG were both good. His skill in both were conducive to the type of games being played and how to best show of their content.

Most negativity towards him were due to a mixture of his devil's advocate nature for no real purpose other than to shit up conversations, and his generally dull personality that is limited to jokes surrounding how much of a weeb he is (which he isn't). He just wasn't that entertaining commentary-wise. He was good when he actually knows a game up and down (see Aria of Sorrow) or for the rare amazing joke he would manage. But that was it. And for longer LPs his personality wouldn't provide anything of value. It didn't help that he is tied to some of the worst LPs on their channel, including Guacamelee, Dangan Ronpa, Lament of Innocence, and Megaman X Command Mission.
