Legitimately go to sleep. You'll start being sick pretty soon, and you're likely not far from losing your memory the next day. When I first started taking them, if I stayed up too long I'd puke no matter what and the next morning I'd have zero memory of my last 15-20ish minutes of the night.

never had that side effect for me. I just get really weird for a few hours and then go to sleep. I love the feeling. Its better than benzos thats for sure.
