Most likely not Fromsoft is completely incompetent when it comes to the tech behind their games. Just look at Bloodborne, they have NEVER fixed the frame pacing issues it has that also plague the PS4 version of DS3. My predictions are

Expecting the same frame pacing problem to still be present
