90% of it's library is just ports

>90% of it's library is just ports
How can anyone defend this

It's portable**.

It unironically sells well. Look at MK8D and Xenoverse 2

Why is this a problem?

I highly doubt it's 90%

Also, the Wii U had some games that only sucked because they were on the Wii U. There's no WAY they'd let that shit not be on the Switch.

>social media hypes up the direct
>people are disappointed
fucking called it
there was no way people could possibly be satisfied after that

Because i don't want games that i have already played and can still play

Wii u undersells with great games
>most fags on Sup Forums say they'll just play the definitive version when it gets ported over to their next console because they don't want to support a dead console with no games
>Nintendo switch sales a shit ton and port over best games from last console
>Sup Forums complains about the ports

Never gets old

you can play it on the go

Simple, wiiU was a fucking failure while switch is a success. So it makes sense to move all the games from a failure console to the new hot bread, look mario kart 8 dwluxe for example.

you guys make fun of nintendo for not having third party support and then when they get third party support you make fun of them for having third party support

>100% of its library is just ports

The only WiiU games are coming to it so I don't care.

Also they should remaster the Mario Galaxy games.

So it's a problem for you, specifically. It doesn't seem to bother most Switch owners. Besides, console launches always have tons of ports, so unless this is your second console or something, you shouldn't be surprised.

Cheap hardware that can run lower tiered versions of big games

Sounds great if you are not a graphics whore

Give me DS ports with the ability to play the couch multiplayer stuff online. I'd buy the Switch in a Heartbeat if I could play Crystal Chronicles with friends on it.

It's a huge disappointment. It's just a Wii U 2 with a pile of last gen ports to fill the release gaps. I'll bet when the Wii U well runs dry they'll be doing the exact same with virtual console Gamecube re-releases.
I wouldn't even mind rebuying and using the system as a big collection for old games if they actually priced games reasonably but no hope of that from Nintendo.

People wanted Nintendo to get with the times so they did.

>having to pay for online
>ports out the ass like PS4 & Xbone
>less waggle
>wanted games/3rd party games
You got exactly what you wished for.

>Muh portability
Seriously that is the argument used by every single Nintendo fanboy to defend the Switch. They could release a port of a game that runs at 480p at 10FPS and Switchdrones would defend it because it's portable.

PC versions of games generally have objective improvements over their console counterparts, better visuals, framerate etc and are often the best way to play a game. Not always the case with terrible ports but that's a minority. Switch ports of games have objectively been the worst version but people will ignore major downgrades and last gen visuals because ITS PORTABLE!

don't forget season passes!

Why would I want a console if it’s doesn’t have a gimmick like portability?

>Complaining about Switch Ports

>Not Complaining about shittier Phone Ports
