How would a current gen TTGL game play?
How would a current gen TTGL game play?
it would play like something people wouldn't buy
>TTGL game
The only thing i can imagine is something like Platinums transformers game.
with bad minigames and touch controls
konami owns the rights btw
If it had what if scenarios
Quote from last thread
>Third person fighting game in the vein of DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi or Sengoku Basara.
>Game is built around and supposed to be played in co-op.
>Journey-esque online co-op, you get matched with a single person organically, opening stages are set up to make you feel alone before you match up.
>When mechs are gattai'd, both players can control movement and attacks so they either need to let one another take the wheel, split up who does what, or work in synch, whatever ends up working for them.
>NO voice chat, text chat, or any form of communication between the players other then ingame actions. Or perhaps an EDF style list of presets at the most. No usernames or account names. Starting a party on console versions boots you from the game.
>Players have different specials. 'Body' player can throw the head to let them split up after gattai. 'Head' player can shoot spiral beams independent of the mech's facing, ect.
>Needless to say, all special and finishing moves get stronger by the players rotating the joystick faster.
>Both players using their specials at almost the exact same time activates the Giga Drill Break, which is OP but difficult to pull off without good synch.
>At a random point in every playthrough, the co-op player dies and it just disconnects you.
>Does not let you see them on recent players lists, does not let you chat, does not tell you each other's usernames, all steps are taken to ensure that once that person is dropped from your game, you can never find them again.
>After a few missions, matches you with a replacement and you have to get used to each other all over again after reaching that perfect synch with your previous aniki. Now you're fighting for control with this asshole instead.
It would just be a generic Musou
>spin analog sticks to power up spiral power
>the faster you spin the bigger your drill attacks
>eventually go to space in global live event, join with all other gurren laganns to combine to form bigger gurren laganns
>everybody yelling at each other over voice chat to spin their sticks harder, cheering each other on
>unlock new forms with overwhelming spiral power
>anti-spiral puts you into an illusion where no matter how hard you spin your sticks your gauge doesn't rise, mocks at you to stop
>takes over voice chat and there're fake VAs pretending to be your team mates telling you that we can't win, we should give up and try again next time, this is pointless
>remember this scene from the show
>keep spinning anyway, even though the gauge doesn't rise
>finally break out of illusion
>all your team mates similarly kept believing in themselves who believes in themselves, excited that you also made it through, waiting for others to heed the spiral call
>ready to strike back
>PS4 controllers starts rapidly cycling through rainbow colors
>Sora Iro Days starts playing
>attack the anti-spiral
>people start sacrificing themselves to throw other team mates closer to the anti spiral planet
>finally just a handful of players left, with less and less spiral energy to make it
>finally just one guy - but will he make it?!
>"LAGANN IMPACT"
>screen flashes white
>silhouette of antispiral with a giant whole
>"Well then... Make sure to protect this world"
>brilliiantly bright explosions
>so bright you have to wear star-shaped glasses to not get blinded
>you have just completed the single most satisfying game experience in your life
>black screen, empty space
>try to fly around and see what's happening but it's all black
>finally a couple pixels start to light up in the distance
>slowly more and more
>yfw all the lights in the sky are stars, where all your spiral friends are waiting
that's now how boobs work
It'd be an action/adventure game with beat em up aspects. It'd benefit most on Switch, and would probably be similar to Wonderful 101 with all the crazy shit you can do with motion controls. Also, depending on the side of the world it's made in, it'd have the following;
Western developers:
>Linear story with a few optional sidequests
>Characters get little development, just mimic their best moments from the show
>Gameplay makes itself easier if you have trouble. This option can not be turned off.
>Inclusion of memes and political views that have no place in the game
Japan:
>Accurate story, but with a lot of side quests you can get distracted with
>Characters are 1:1 representations, but only voiced for a few important lines and "hah?" "Ita!" and so on
>Difficulty settings that actually make a difference
>No inclusion of unrelated memes and politics
YOKO IS FOR MATING PRESS! !
>current gen game
>25FPS
>cinematic unskippable cutscenes
>terrible english voice acting
>all cleavage removed and optional clothing DLC not made available
>localization changes Yoko to a transgender woman
>Kamina is now a woman who don't need no man, edited so that she's wearing a sports bra
>constant monologues about how working together as a team will let us all succeed
>gameplay is match-3 gacha because that's all the kids play anymore
>all those obtuse, retarded mechanics
Jesus it doesn't need to be a 1:1 of the anime.
When you're laying down it is. If it's a loose fitting shirt it drapes down in between your boobs and kinda outlines em.
