Animal Crossing New Leaf already sold over 10 million. That's also why they're not gonna port Smash 4 and will make a new one instead. Sales would be low because most people who would want it already own it.

Hyrule Warriors is using the Wii U assets. The only new HD assets they needed were the two Wind Waker stages.

New Leaf, imo, is boring and kawaii as shit. Music is a bland mess and I hate how they dropped the idea of having "mean" villagers. Dialogue got stale really quick.
I really hope the next one will have some kind of story or countryside exploration that the AC Movie did. That would be really damm cool.
