I honestly don't have a problem with v2, except that it's no good for sites like Sup Forums, where simply posting often causes the system to flag you as suspicious because you're bringing up capchas so often, and thus forces you to do the test rather than the single click checkbox.

v1 is a far better option for Sup Forums, and it's a shame google is shutting it down. Here's hoping Hiro finds an alternative.

I never got the hang of those two honestly. Plus I never liked hiding behind invisible cover for 30 seconds at a time while waiting for the chance to come out and attack, which is what makes Poison so cool for me, and what makes Hammer one of the quickest options for wiping up the arena.

The idea is that most people don't GET another exciting round of "Find X!" Most people just see a captcha every now and then when signing up for a website or downloading from a fileshare site.
The only reason it happens to Sup Forums users so much is because the system flags us as suspicious because we're triggering catpcha so often, and forces us to the do the tests. It thinks we're bots. That's how it v2 works, and that's why I say it's a bad match for Sup Forums.

Funny you should mention that. I also noticed that some of the vehicles engine sounds weren't there. I actually am currently using a sound I ripped from Return to Dreamland. If I could get the clean Warpstar sound from Air Ride, it would make my day. Although the way the engine sounds are made in Air Ride is odd. The engine sounds are looped but progressively get quieter. I'm wondering how Hal used this weird setup to make the sounds and why they made them get quieter in the raw file.

I've not been in the last few Kirby threads, what happened?

Usually it's Bandanafags and Adofags that bicker, I assumed Adofags would be salty over the paint fairy, but I haven't seen any salty Adofags, I've just been seeing people shitting on Ado because the spark enemy from K64 got in first. Is that a bad thing? I don't really get it but I'm not paying much attention.

The only other time an enemy has returned from 64 was in fucking tilt n' tumble so that hardly counts

People are making fun of the fact that something from 64 returned, and it was one of 64's admittedly lackluster enemy designs, and not one of 64's major characters who's been missing from the series for a long time.

the way i see it is that each star has two loops played over each other, with one getting muted while airborne and on rails
but in terms of them getting quieter over time i think hal wanted to prevent them from interfering with the sounds of the enemies, the tracks, and other stuff like patches or abilities
i think capcom did the same thing with megaman's mega buster's charging sound at some point

Plugg, a generic enemy from Kirby 64, was revealed to be a playable character in the latest Star Allies trailer. The fact that such an unimportant and forgotten nobody came back before Adeleine made everyone laugh and make smug images of him. It helps that he's a very simple looking character, being a fucking plug with feet
