He is perfect as he is. The problem lies in the game he's from.

giving him immunity from instakills from spies and snipers will fix him.

No point in fixing a character from a dead game.

He might actually be perfect. Probably the most balanced class in role and power

as a joke, give him a Minigun that is a single fire cannon

To make him viable in 6s? Nothing, if you make him faster to the offense it becomes stupid to try to push through, make him better on defense would be an even dumber idea

Give him
TWO MINIGUNS

Give him a mobile sandvich. He’s able to eat this sanvich while moving and it buffs him up to 450 hp while granting the ability to shoot minicrits. Completely balanced.

How about a sandvich that heals him and gives him a jet pack

By playing overwatch.

Give him a giant ass shotgun that 100% more accurate and deal either 50% or 100% more damage but then give between a .3 to 2 second delay to fire or evan make it so that the longer you hold down m1 the more damage you do

It's really FUCKING simple you ass blasters

Un-nerf his melee weapons, GRU is dogshit with the damage.

Revert sandvich self-toss to self-heal.

Change banana into a floor obstacle that causes enemy players to slip and get stunned briefly.

Give all melee weapons GRU speed as a passive, but make it so the speed takes a second or two to reach maximum so it can't be cheesed.
This will allow heavy to roll out faster while not changing his speed permanently.

Also allow him to crouch and move with the minigun as well as giving him some sort of slow shot heavy weapon to match with the theme of the other character weapons and pyro's new toy.
