So how are you switchfags enjoying the Dragon Quest Builders demo? Will you buy the game when it comes out or just wait for the sequel?

I bought it on PS4. Switch demo has worse textures and seems to be running at 720 docked. I'll probably skip this rushed port and wait for the sequel.

It's pretty fun, better than I was expecting. Glad I held off on the Vita version and waited for the inevitable Switch edition. Will likely buy it and hope the sequel isn't too far off.

Gonna buy minecraft instead

This, the Switch version is a fucking awful. I had some performance issues too.

Liked the town building but didn't care for anything else in the demo.

This is the kind of game that really benefits from portability. So switch is the superior version

What are you going on about? The game doesn't have performance issues. And I've seen ps4 gameplay, the game looks identical

The Switch version looks almost the same as the PS4 version. Take the fucking fanboy goggles off, they're distorting your vision.

I honestly go bored of the demo, not a kind of game for me.

Ordinarily I don't like Dragon Quest, or Minecraft, but together they make a good game. I actually kind of like building stuff in this game. Plus, the RPG elements are nice. I still can't beat that dragon though. My ogre club is not nearly powerful enough.

Seems pretty cool. I haven't delved into it much though. Just built first two houses. Depending on the price at retail, I may buy. I also have not played a Dragon Warrior/Quest game since 3.

Yeah, there's a green dragon you can find in a forest area. I forget which direction, but just keep searching. You'll find a green dragon surrounded by slimes. You can barely do any damage it at all. Literally all you'll pull off is "1".
