Yes, mayflash is good if you aren't sure because they are the most easily customizable. Spend $20 later for sanwa parts and you're good to go.

No. removing getting fight money seems kinda cheap and the gameplay is still kinda ass.

Yeah but only for the new arcade modes, sakura story/trials and any other new offline content.
This game is just not very good online, if I want to play online I will play SF4 or Guilty Gear instead or DBFZ once it's released.
