IIRC she heard one of the ruins containing a key to the Mother Lode was nearby, and came to either raid it or demand the villagers give up the key themselves. Then Megaman arrived and she shifted her focus to her Megaman plan.

The humans in legends aren't humans, they're "carbons". Actual humans died out with this guy named "The Master", who died hundreds or maybe thousands of years before the first game began. Rock was the last person he ever spoke to before dying and gave him his final wish, which is what sets off the events of the second game and to some extent, the first.

Everyone is actually a reploid variant that is designed to mimic humans for whatever reason.

Humanity moved to the artificial satellite Elysium, and created a race of organic androids called Carbons in their image to maintain the planet until it was habitable again. As of now, there is pretty much no difference whatsoever between humans (Carbons) and robots/Reploids, and Carbons can replace limbs with technology as needed.

Why do you love Legends 1 so much?
The one thing I give 1 is a better cast and Kattalox is a better town
2 improved the controls, had better dungeons with more variety, more side-quests, and better bosses.

1 has the best setting, but to me 2 blew it away in terms of gameplay.

2's too easy, stutter stepping with improved target tracking destroys any semblance of challenge. The game also, despite being larger with the illusion of being more open, is a lot more linear. Megaman Legends is simplistic, had some difficulty to it on Hard, the exploration actually feels like exploration, and it's extremely charming. Megaman Legends 2 just misses every point for me.

I did not purchases MVC:I due to lack of Tron.

I felt neither game was hard, the only way I got any difficulty was if I limited item usage / limited my max HP
They're both pretty linear, though the dungeon in 1 is interconnected (which was really cool when you realized it) there is a specific area and boss order that you need to follow for the game

1 isn't particularly hard, but on Hard you can actually die, I never died in 2.

Never finished Misadventures, couldn't force myself to.

Also to add, if you're down with using glitches 1 is super cool because it has an OoB that, if you know the game well enough, allows you to make the Shining Laser after Marlwolf on Easy and after Gerat on Normal/Hard. I fucking love shit like that in games, but it's only possible because of the fact that everything in MML1 is connected.

I remember Focke Wulf being pretty dicey, which was neat because Tron was pissed and fighting seriously for once.

MvC3 Tron was ridiculously fun.

I loved Misadventures. It was cute and fun. The attack the town and steal all the cash segments were great. The box puzzles were a little tedious but not that bad.

Reaverbots in 1 universally had a singular eye that made them look pretty creepy.

in 2 they often had 2 empty sockets for whatever reason. Even returning reaverbots like Zakobon or Gorubesshu get changed like this.

Sharukurusu is pretty much the only one exempt from this rule and incidentally it'st he only one that appeared in all 3 games

Legends or 64? And why?

She's a pirate, Megaman saves her from a dog and she gets a crush on him and tries to kill him multiple times. Then ancient robots try to wipe out humanity a few times.

64 has two of the maps in the north section of Kattelox changed extremely slightly, one of them has less grass, the other has a small river taken out. 64 has drastically shorter loading times, and worse texture work, but the textures also don't do the weird shit they do on PSone.

Aside from that, game is identical, I prefer the PSone version myself.

How about controls? They have wildly different controllers.
