Full cancer with the red ring.
Purple and become the most important person to have in any raid/party.
There isn't enough information about shit like game mechanics (is it a dodge affair like Dark Souls or a more classic click-to-fight RPG?) but the red one seems insane compared to others
>lifesteal
>100% crit chance
Green ring out damages it in just about every way.
Blue, because I always play mages.
Pretty sure blue ring out damages both of them 100% 3x mega crits
nigga I'm not reading all that shit
>heal for 30% of damage dealt
Does it heal the mental damage dealt to me, too? asking for a friend ;_;
Its like a single paragraph added up you lazy cunt.
Green only slightly outdamages red but lacks lifesteal
If you don't pick red ring you can't do proper math.
Red ring burst dmg master race.
No.
I'm sorry.
If solo, yellow. Ignoring all enemy defense is OP as fuck.
If group, purple.
Green is the option for retarded DPS meatheads who don't know that 25% more of 5% is 6.25%.
Oh, green ring*
>Green ring = crits
>Red ring = Heals
WHO THE FUCK DID THIS DEBAUCHERY!?
Pretty sure it means additive 25%, for 30% total.
You're lucky you're not choosing the grail. Idiot.
Shut up fatboy
Green is pretty damn good, especially for farming.
>Increase Critical Hit Rate by 25%
Preeeeety sure its talking about the critical hit rate being increased, not your personal critical hit chance.
You missed the other part of the trap.
>Increase All damage by 50%
Blue for dat versatility.
I like these threads
Green is great but blue is fucking broken, nothing can resist you.

you're shit at balancing, green has a clear statistical advantage
>Playing mmos
How's that skinner box monkey?
la cuchila and monk bandana
jesus christ id never get hit.
>83% to dodge attacks with knife and band
sheeeeit
>Boss has critical immunity
>You deal 50% more damage, but are out-stated by every single other ring
Sure buddy.
>83% to dodge attacks with knife and band
you only get one
given the info given, it can be implied that you get to choose a weapon and accessory
>You only get one
How would you attack if you chose just an armor piece?
That's fucking stupid.
>image states that critical chance is additive
Why would it need to clarify that if you couldn't stack it in any way?
fuck if i know i was just trolling him.
that one is seriously unbalanced either way as if you go full defence you only end up with 68% reduced dmg while if you go full evasion you get 83%
Monk's Bandana and Bashy Bashy is the patrician's choice.
>50% evasion
>almost 40% reduced damage
>600 dps
yellow overpowered as fuck
>3 attacks per second
>Attacks ignore 100% of defense
Yellow, easily.
It's mathemathically superior indeed but it also means you heavily rely on RNG, meanwhile %damage reduction is constant and certain and allows you to make strategies that are less based on luck
No that's fair.
Because if you take 68% less damage against everything you can survive almost anything.
But you don't get hit 83% of the time you can still die fairly easily.
In most games you deal more damage than the enemies do so red is probably op, if you are overhealed already you will heal 60% of your base damage per hit
Yellow triples your dps from speed alone without factoring in the additional increase from piercing
Your healer is going to hate you.
Yellow seems to be the best ring objectively speaking.
This is a hypothetical post. It all depends on what your class is. For example, I'd take the red ring with a necromancer class due to all my undead minions attacking at the same time my health would be barely dented.
Life is a skinner box you pseudo intellectual
>calling out for pseudo intellectuality
>"life is a skinner box"
>a laboratory apparatus in which an animal is caged for experiments in operant conditioning and which typically contains a lever that must be pressed by the animal to gain reward or avoid punishment
Definitely can't think of anywhere else this method is used to condition people. Nope. No where.
Children, children, please. Just pick a ring and fight about why the other one is wrong.
...
eh, im not the guy he originally replied to, i just found it funny.
Purple, because I become the most important person in the raid.
Dagger and headband, because lol evasion (and still dealing damage)
Mechanical Behemoth with Hibernation because fuck yeah, I like sleep. Guess I might as well be scary (Terror).
...
Green ring is the outright worst with 240%(150*.7+450*.3, the multuplicative critical bonus interpretation) average damage with no other pros.
Yellow ring will outDPS it by getting to 250% attack speed in any prolonged fight where DPS would matter while also ignoring enemy defense.
Blue ring achieves 300% damage against any boss with an elemental weakness, but doesn't ignore defense.
Red ring is just for whoever the tank is.
Purple ring gets better with each additional party member.
Does picking Internet imply that you get a computer? If yes, then: Gourmet Food (-9), Skylight and Windows (-2), Internet (-16), complete medical care (-2) and a pool table (-1)
Green ring has highest dps if you increase damage multiplicativly in from the last.
100% (base) -> 300% (1.0 x 2.0 x 1.5) -> 450% (3.0 x 1.5)
With the 30% crit chance, you have 450% damage 30% of the time, and 150% damage 70% of the time, which gives an average of 240% damage. That outdamages everything except blue ring, which only gives more damage as long as the enemy has an elemental weakness. Even yellow only adds up to 250% damage, but only after 5 full seconds of continuous attacking, and we can assume that after a second of not attacking, your stacks fall off. So it would be 10% more damage after a ramp-up, and armor piercing vs a flat 240% always active modifier.
Alternatively, you could read it as the additive critical damage is increased by half, which brings it down a little, but still has it outdamage most rings.
Take the 5m loss.
Girl (18) Meds (20) TV (27) Kitchen (33) Garden (2).
Someone to spend time with; Have medical covered because cheaper points wise than sanitization; Good food and extra space with kitchen; double extra space with the garden.
Fucked it up at the end. You still get it.
Blue for normal mobs assuming you can freeze them, green for bosses
Depends how much ignoring defense matters from the yellow ring. Id take the yellow
You're absolutely right. Could matter a lot in reality.
Would make you a dexfag though.
From highest mitigation to lowest(C denotes consistent, IC inconsistent):
Knife+Bandana, 84.7% mitigation IC, 300 DPS C
Knife+Ring, 72.8% mitigation IC, 500 DPS IC
Mace+Bandana, 69.25% mitigation IC, 600 DPS C
Mace+Belt, 68.5% mitigation C, 400 DPS C
Mace+Ring, 65.5% mitigation IC, 800 DPS IC
Knife+Belt, 59.8% mitigation IC, 1000 DPS C
Sword+Bandana, 55% mitigation IC, 800 DPS IC
Sword+Ring, 46.4% mitigation IC, 900 DPS IC
Sword+Belt, 40% mitigation C, 1200 DPS IC
I just did that calculation so I'm not sure why you reiterated it. I literally said 240% average damage with the calculation in parenthesis even noting the bonus is multiplicative. It's 217.5% if the bonus is additive.
Also I failed to note criticals from the other rings. Red and purple have clear utility purposes while blue is best DPS against any boss with an elemental weakness so green competes with yellow which has the outright highest DPS with its stacks up and defense pierces.
The yellow ring would need
9+7+5+3+1+5=30(the amount of time needed at full DPS to counteract the loss of DPS in the first 5 seconds plus the first 5 seconds) seconds to outdo the green ring not even taking into account its defense piercing and criticals.
Any fight where DPS even matters is a prolonged fight.
Green ring is crap.
Purple my man.
You'd be right unless you need to dodge or can't uphold that 30 seconds of constant dps. In intervals of less than 30 seconds of continuous combat, or even considering you might only have an opening of 10 seconds per minute, the green ring vastly outpaces yellow. Yellow simply has defense ignore, which is the biggest selling point. In terms of raw DPS, Green is more consistent overall, even despite critical hit RNG.
You're a good guy, user.
