It's not going anywhere. If you want to access any year, just replace the "2017" in the URL with what year you're looking for. This year's won't be any different, so you can return in 2018 by doing the same thing.
We love the lootboxes ourselves, so who knows, they might return next year. It wouldn't be as relevant, but audience retention has been much higher this year than most, and we think the boxes are to thank for that.
