I just want them to be done with Half Genie already

Pirate's Curse is by far the best game in the series.

Should'v stayed with the pirates curse gameplay other than that its a pretty solid series, though they should have kept the belly dancing minigame in

Its in that strange niche where its popular enough to keep getting games, yet never quite breaks through to the mainstream.

yeah it's literally no argument, pirate's curse followed by the original - the other 2 games are too short and not as interesting/fun

The first game is okey.
Risky's Revenge is an improvement even if the map sucks.
Pirate's Curse is the best in the series and a great game.
Half genie hero is a disappointment

In terms of gameplay, art style, and cool/funny moments, it's hard to beat Pirate's Curse. Half-Genie Hero tried really hard to top it, and failed. It's still a good game, just short and meh at times. The original is pretty difficult compared to the rest of the series, but a must-play for fans. Risky's Revenge is ok, I guess. It did everything well, but not in a really memorable way.

Did any of you guys check out the HGH DLC? The Risky part was kinda fun, and lets you revisit Pirate's Curse gameplay. I haven't tried out the Friends Forever one, though.

I feel they need to move away from shante for a while and give characters in the same universe a stand alone game.
Like a rottytops game or something.

The only reason I played any Shantae game is because she is cute

I guess I meant the developers more than anything. They put a lot of work into trying to make it a good game (And being able to revisit transformations was nice), but HGH just didn't quite live up to its legacy.

Played the games for the first time last year. Pirates Curse is the most fun I had with a video game since Rayman Origins.

It wasnt a bad game, just not as good as Pirates Curse.
