When was the last time a video game truly made you feel?

When was the last time a video game truly made you feel?

Undertale
I'm glad I played it before the fanbase happened

>tfw games just amplify the emptiness
P4G i guess

mass effect 2.

Life is strange chapter 4

LISA

this

What Remains of Edith Finch.
I shed no tears, but I did feel a deep stirring in my soul.

Need for Speed Underground 2 100% run

Hotline Miami 2

nah, it's actually vile strangers that you talk to on internet do that (trolls included - they literally are an ISIS canon fodder of online misery and they don't even know it)

inb4 phoneposting

end of hm2

2/3, forgot to mention this is ss13

posting on Sup Forums
pretty much a shitty game but some chapters touched my heart

3/3

The last one was Nier: Automata

...

Believe it or not, Fall of Cybertron
>shit going wrong left and right during the Optimus shooting sequences
>"I ask you...no, I ORDER you, help us", which leads to...
>METROPLEX HEEDS THE CALL OF THE LAST PRIME
>Megatron's triumphant return to life in the Arena
>Metroplex giving up his spark to jump-start the Arc
>the entire last mission leading up to the final duel
Fuck man, I didn't know Hasbro cared that much about their goofy car-robots

I know I'm going to get shit on for this, but unironically FNAF 6. Something about Henry's monologue really hit me in the feels. He's just a tired old man filled with regret

kill yourself fur autist.

oh the irony

Nier Automata

You can tell who got the final ending, because they can't hear Weight of the World without bursting into tears like a schoolgirl seeing her first cock.

genuine truth right here.
As soon as I dropped off from Sup Forums I have enjoyed so many games to play you wouldn't believe

Nier Automata

shed a tear during this cutscene

Steins;Gate if visual novels count
Final Fantasy VII otherwise

Music is the only thing that brings out strong emotions for me, but the final parts of Steins;Gate were so good that I teared up anyways.

A long time ago; That's what makes me feel.

I feel every time I play

S O Y

i'm feeling something right now... wanna guess what it is ?

The Last Guardian.
Haven't had such an emotional connection to fictional characters in well over a decade.

A couple of days ago - i finished Senua's Sacrifice. Masterpiece imo

Go back.

probably persona 5. That song after you all die and you have to convince your friends to keep fighting one at a time really made me tear up

...

Played and finished it for the first time last week, stayed away from online info and the fanbase especially... what a ride

the walking dead, season 1
even when watching someone else do it, i cant make it through the final scene without tearing up.

But user, this IS Sup Forums

Yakuza 0 especially the makoto and majima moments

...

so glad to see someone can still have this reaction... undertale is so beautiful and charming, i can't believe anyone doesn't like it.

I can understand why people don't I didn't really get it at first but when i made the mistake of killing goat-mom it suddenly dawned on me that there was alot more to this game than i initially thought...personally its how well the gameplay & story blend together and the way video game tropes are part of the story...very clever, the pacifist ending had me holding back the tears... now its genocide time

Megaman Legends 2

oh shit i'm excited for you. you are about to play a whole different game, tell you that much.

Thanks, I'm looking forward to it... its going to be harsh after such a happy ending!

inb4 not a game

Disgust? Probably SFV.

You mean Kaine's salvation?

The classic example.
Lilly best girl.

Utawa 3.

Rain World

Yea the way she said that last line ine the game was gut-wrenching. Beautyful game..

To The Moon = Heartwarming Sadness
Overwatch = Irrational Anger and Frustration
Life is Strange = Emotional Pain and literal tears
I could Name more but I only have so much time.

Currently crushing on a friend i made in hots :/

I would Chose this.

This is the Garden of Kadesh. For thirteen generations we have protected it from the unclean. The Turanic Raiders who came before you refused to join and were... punished... for thier trespass. Like theirs, your ship has already... defiled... this holy place. If you have come to join we welcome you and will spare your ship until... all have disembarked. If you have come to consume the garden you will be... removed.. at once.

wrong thread

Danganronpa 2 two weeks ago, whenever I think about the cases I feel like crying.
More recently I started playing Payday 2 again and feel dejected and frustrated at how much dead weight I am.

No way fag

Transformers Devastation a simple game but in the middle where a computer system foreshadows your future (depending on your character). It tells Optimus the Decepticons will be defeated and he will die saving his friends. This is his answer:
>"You say the war will end and my friends will be safe. That is all I could ever ask."
I don't know why but this made me feel.

killed shambler, collector, and swine king on one run in darkest dungeon
