Is it a rhythm game or something?
>he's never played the Korg titles before
I WAS LITERALLY JUST FUCKING THINKING ABOUT KORG BEING ON THE SWITCH AFTER THIS CARDBOARD GAME ANNOUNCEMENT. HOLY FUCK.
With this, Labo, and Fuse, Switch is starting to turn into a real creativity tool
Hey guys, did you know that dark souls is gonna be on the nintendo switch?
You gotta be shitting me
Hahahahaha ahh, this has been a fun week.
Nintendo leading the pack again, no matter the difference in raw processing power.
So it's like a music or sound software... thing?
Looks like Kimishima was serious when he said that the second year was crucial for expanding the user base past the core crowd a week or so ago
If its like the DS ones it'll be synthesizers and sequencers so you can make music
...
It's a synthesizer.
Aww hell yeah
*comically exaggerated gong sound*
I want to cum inside the guy on the left and never call him back.
It does indeed. I'd rather this than skype and domino's pizza apps, that's for damn sure.
I'm not a music producer
Probably not gonna get it, but it seems like a cool idea. I want to see a demo.
look out Sup Forums.
First /po/, now this. What board will Nintendo try to take over next?
That's fucking sweet
I've got 137 hours on the 3DS one
Korg has been making software on Nintendo handhelds for like 10 years.
Sup Forums by partnering up with Crunchyroll.
It was a joke you dip, I know that
ok good
Might actually buy this.
If I could get JUST the piano/synth thing, that'd be neat. I just don't want the whole variety pack of things I'm never going to touch.
Also, gimme a goddamn Taiko game with this thing Nintendo.
What will be the first Nintendo anime they make? A new Fire Emblem OVA focused on the Awakening cast? A Zelda slice of life comedy? Grim-dark Mario? Kirby isekai?
Why doesn't Nintendo sell a peripheral that turns their system into one of those two-in-one computer tablets so that people can take it with them and do word processing and PowerPoint and shit?
Fire Emblem OVA sounds neat.
Splatoon manga and ARMS comic by dark horse
>the Switch is becoming the new Gameboy
my dick
I was thinking the SAME fucking thing the other day. An office suite on this thing with a keyboard would be excellent. I know that asking for a full OS would be too much (it'd be cracked in no time), but an office suite on the Switch would actually be great.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is already pure Sup Forums.
>FE Ova
There's already too much waifus in anime.
Make it a Kirby anime and we're gold.
FE 1, 2 and 3 could work as a full 24 episode series smashed into one.
This could very well be the most autisticly dedicated game where you can build the controller attachments, and you experience simulations with creative crafts.
Not very likely you could use the builds for other games, but it is possible you could use them for future games if they consider compatibility.
This is a risky move on nintendo's part. No gaming company has allowed their players to create their own controller attachments, or given blueprints to do so as part of the game.
However, the public attention that it could get could be incredible, alone the outrage on Sup Forums will have consequentially peaked peoples interests on the crafting aspect, and autism will take over.
The autism will be all thats left, having fun. Whether or not if it is delusion, or actual fun, will be unknown to those who laugh at it.
Switch was advertised as a public, social console. You could imagine people will work together to build the game, show off, or just feel goofy using cardboard, an otherwise neglectable material, to simulate a game.
Of course, you could also be seen as a loser by those who don't appreciate hand made crafts.
I could have never imagined Sup Forums is at war with /po/ and /diy/ until this.
Can someone teach me how to put a screen protector on my Switch without dust or hair or bubbles getting behind it? I don't want to spend $15 on one of these things only to screw up and ruin it.
Great, now we can have autists pretending to be DJs with their switch and their ipad.
Are Korg vsts good or no?
nothing Korg does is good.
I like the volca
Well, I can already be an athlete for playing video games competitively such as Sfv, smash and LOL... Might as well add musician to the list.
Great, another platform I can be hopelessly uncreative on.
YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Are you in the US? Here is a 2 pack for $8 that I use.
amazon.com
>get about 0:52 in nothing happening
>actual fucking music
>go back to 0:52 to see when it happens
How do I put it on properly? I always have trouble aligning it right and the longer I take to make sure it's on correctly the more dust and hair and other particles get on the adhesive and by then it's a waste. Not to mention the fucking bubbles. Thanks for the link though, I'll buy this.
Well it looks like Nintendo won.
Best place to do it is somewhere with lots of steam to avoid dust, I always use my sauna for example
Nice, hopefully a price point of $20.
Yes, clean the screen, put the protector on in the bathroom after a hot shower, push any bubbles towards the edge, use the 2 notches at the bottom to line up the protector
HOW DO I AVOID THE FUCKING BUBBLES user THAT IS MY CHIEF CONCERN.
man i watched the entire thing and they didnt stop playing to tickle fight and make out.
very disappointing
Unless there's an option to export music files to a micro sd or a PC, this is pretty useless but cool nonetheless.
Can I connect my gear with peripherals?
Cause I might buy one now
pay some dude at a iphone repair store to do it for you then you wuss
Use the cardboard applicator and gradually put it on while smoothing out the bubbles as you go.
On 3ds you can export the file and put it in FL Studio or similar.
KorgM01D 3DS had a midi export
Sell your system.
I have pic related, is it a good screen protector? Tried to apply it but too many bubbles annoyed me so I took it off, still have a spare left though.
Stop using soap
>explosion proof
Have you tested it?
I think he needs to test it.
Just incase you get hit by an IED while traversing the streets of Iraq playing Mario Odyssey.
In my line of work explosion proof means it is unable to ignite vapors with low flashpoints.
Oh shit is this like the Korg DS 10 line of software? Those were fun as heck
I wish I was good at making music korg sounds like bee knees. Post more korg music.
Love Korg
Bumperino
Watch your language, you fucking faggot
Alright lads, It's gonna support MIDI this time. Right?
AW DAYM Sup Forums I'M GONNA DROP SOME SICK BEATS WITH MAH SWITCH NIGGAZ
It always has dude
At least the 3ds ones
The 3DS really supported MIDI in? How did it connect?
I hate Roger so much. Why does he have to be the host of Japan Time?
If I wanted to start messing with actual hardware to make sounds and rhythms what is a good starter piece of equipment? I barely know what the hell I'm doing outside of messing with Korg DS stuff and watching reviews of Roland's toy sized 808 and 909. Any good starter guides? Is Sup Forums helpful with this type of thing?
ok this is honestly pretty cool.
>Is Sup Forums helpful with this type of thing?
If you catch them at the right time of day and in the right thread.
>what is a good starter piece of equipment
A Midi controller, if you're interested in beats/pads, make sure to buy one with that.
I'd recommend something with around 25 keys.
amazon.co.uk
amazon.co.uk
This has full size keys and is a bit bigger.
It really depends on what you want, there's a whole world out there and I only linked my MIDI controller and the first result for a smaller piece of hardware.
For software you'll have to ask Sup Forums They'll probably recommend Ableton or something
Thanks I guess I'm gonna have to narrow down what I really want.
The big things for you will probably be number of pads, keysize (mini, micro or fullsize), any control knobs you may want and just keysize. If you're only looking to do simple stuff/production you probably won't need a lot as you can always switch octave. Larger keyboards are usually a luxury or for people who perform.
It can seem a bit confusing at first, but just narrow down your budget, read a lot of reviews and shop around. You'll get there.
>said keysize twice
Fucking idiot. I meant #of keys.
