If you're referring to whether you can OTG, you have to have hit them with a 2H launch in the combo for the air H to let you OTG

Do you have friends on either platform? If you're fine with playing with the same 3000 players after the first couple months, then PC is a great choice. I'm not sure how long this game will last.

As a pc man who has bought so far all versions of GGXrd and has favored modding since the doom days, i must yell you: you wish!

The most modding you will see is custom colors, so far nobody has figured, or nobody has cared, about how to edit the game logic and actually do things like add new stages or make new characters.
