horrible, locked to a nintendo console. i mean, look at this shitty cardboard garbage. will nintendo ever get anything right?

Wtf is with this screenshot?

Its one of the greatest and most important video games ever coded. That is how history will rightly remember it.

Good game. Better than ff7.

But majoras mask is deeper. And Masterquest is better. I haven't played the remakes yet.

It's the beatlemania of video games.

>Majora's Mask is deeper
Deeper in shit

It's okay

It's great.

>better than ff7

why compare two completely different games user?

youre not... trying to start some shit are you?

Still my favourite game ever

...

Nintendo are routinely responsible for not making great games, but games which often shake the industry from its stupor and redefines Game Design practices.

OoT is one of those games.

BotW is another

One of the most memorable games I've played. Very influencial. Fantastic presentation, very fun.

It's a really, really good game.

Nope.

Ff7 is a ludonarrative dissonance example with constant unstable graphic changes

>which often shake the industry from its stupor and redefines Game Design practices.
From what stupor did OoT shake the industry?

shut the fuck up faggot

overrated

It's fantastic, and was pretty fucking mindblowing at the time.

Played first time year ago, I was impressed.

Feels like an adventure with great dungeon themes. The spatial layout of the dungeons tends to require little thought in navigating and solving puzzles.

The graphical presentation and its inconsistency is probably the most interesting thing about the game to me. I'm not in love with it either, but I think the 'try everything' approach to its visual storytelling is really endearing.

Very solidly built game that, for its time, showed a lot of devs around the world how to actually make a 3D action adventure game. It wasn't the first mind you but it was the first that made the world stand up and take notes. Some 20 years on it feels rudimentary but still fundamentally sound with good pacing/level design and decent sidequests. Honestly, it's aged astonishingly well all things considered, a testament to the notion that outright good game design stands the test of time.

Its great and the best 3D Zelda

Spyro3 for nintendocucks who never got to try the spyro series

Are you dumb. Do you know what 3d combat was like before z-targeting.

Played for the first time 4 years ago and twice since then, thought it was utter outdated horse shit.

You shot everything. OoT solved the issue of close range combat in 3D. I mean, shit like King's Field tried but let's be honest, that was a noble effort at best. Dem hitboxes, man.

tied with majoras mask as the 2 best zelda and best games in the genre

Triggered soyboys

Spyro 2 > 1 > 3

Didn't Tomb Raider invent z-targetting? (Didn't play it.)
I mean, OoT is a great and influential game. But its situation is not comparable to BotW. BotW is a shakeup of a stale, tried and tested genre. OoT is a paradigm in a still new technological environment.

stop using words you don't understand, you ludo dissonant retard

lol what a cunt

What am I looking at here

>Majora's Mask
>anywhere near as good as oot
