Slowly walk forward about 3-5 steps at a time and stop when you hear a hiss; this means the snake man on the left (yes, the left) sees you and is running toward you while the one on the right remains in place. Use the spike trap to kill him or parry him and once he's dead, fight the other snake man.

No other weaponfu has been raped as much as her. In Demon's Souls she was broken and could hit enemies four or five times per swing. In Dark Souls she was fixed but the faith damage was beautiful. In Dark Souls 2 she was made mundane and given a regular axe moveset and in Dark Souls 3 they made her a halberd. It's been a long hard journey and it has hurt a lot.

If you can't kill 2 of those guys you're going to have a lot of fun in Sen's Fortress.

In my first playthrough ever I managed to cross the bridge on my first try.
In all my subsequent playthroughs I always die at least once

Lure only one to outside the gate and play around, watching their patterns and training parrying timing

oh yeah, forgot that. I remember now, if you have 30 faith, (which the requirement can be reduced for each boss you help others beat as a summon) join the sunbros back at the bonfire just after the bridge drake, and wham, lightning spear.

this is a difficulty spike, in my experience the biggest one in the game. just tough through it. Never had any difficulties with the pendulum myself, but those fucking rocks drove me crazy. They kept resetting while I had already disabled them several times.

I really like it. It's big, but it doesn't endlessly clang against walls in tight spots
