I've always seen him as a somewhat bratty boyish boy.

I think all non-MegaMan fags all exaggerate the "muh robot" part of things. MegaMan has a programmed personality, but is given a bit more freedom than other robot masters to think and choose.
The only things I hate about Smash MegaMan is that he doesn't emote, is too close to the NES sprites, and is gross in terms of proportions.
