How do people have trouble with the collector? Does he get exponentially more difficult later on or something?
can I theorize about the new dlc faggot?
what's yalls favorite mods
that's why it's banned
permitted
Switch version comes out today. Should I get it?
CoM when
spring can't come soon enough
Ok, then I'll complain about what a grindfest this game is instead.
>>no >radiant posts
t. radiant baby
Wee I was waiting for ittt
>no giving updates of your current quest
Might as well just delete the thread while you're at it.
Reynauld got Photomania. Should I lock it in?
It's supposed to be one of the better quirks, right?
>Doing a relic quest in the Cove
>Everyone stressed the fuck out
>Scout the last quest item
>It's right behind an encounter
>"I got this, stupid fish."
>It's a fucking Shambler
Nigga I didn't even know you could just stumble upon one of those faggots.
It's one of the best but at the same time not amazing for classes that can benefit from +damage quirks; it's better for classes like Vestal or PD.
How's the game on the Switch?
Got it last night. Played for a few hours. Good shit. I haven't played handheld mode yet but everybody is angry about the text size.
stressful
>Rules to the thread
Off to with ye.
>just got the "two years of this" achievement
>haven't even done DD2 yet
On the plus side I only have 3 bosses left and I've killed Vvulf.
>running around in pitch black
Switch your characters and reduce their stress
does it have the dlc?
>no giving updates of your current quest
>actually talking about your game is prohibited
Fuck off with your /vg/ shit, faggot

Think Musketeer will get her comic?
I'll NintenDO that
confirmed to get her own comic by chris himself
>dooing a collect quest in pitch black
Nigga, what the fuck are you doing?
>Fanatic
>doing a pitch black in the cove
reconsider life choices
I wish we'd get more reskinned classes.
>male Hellion (Berserker)
>female HWM (Swashbuckler)
>etc
Vestal and Hellion when?
Yes. The bundle with the DLC will actually save you a few bucks.
*Snort*
>Does he get exponentially more difficult later on or something?
not really.
>be king
>only provided with a shitty broken sword
If you have a hodgepodge team at champ tier maybe.
haven't seen that image in awhile.
Fuck you it startled me
I think it's about back row damage. you get the same thing with the trumpet skellie - if you have a couple of short range dudes you'll be up against infinitely respawning shit that you can't get through fast enough
This is why people don't want to go to /vg/ with this and this is also why you should go back to plebbit, faggot.
>>no giving updates of your current quest
Really no fun allowed, cunt
They were probably all:
>My lord please let us honor you with this gilded blade
Leper's response?
>I'll take this broken shit, I'm just going to lose my arms anyway, it's lighter maybe they'll stay on longer
I'm so bad at this game holy shit how can I lose two lvl6 to a fucking skullet
Nintendon't talk to me or my wife's son ever again.

To fall for such a little thing, a bite of bread!
it was probably fine when he left, and fell to pieces over his journey in exile much like Leper himself
Maybe it broke somewhere along the way
Or maybe that's all they could afford after crafting that swaggy gold armour
>no giving updates of your current quest
Okay
>Either Antiquarian or Houndmaster because I love money and utility
>Moon ring for delving dank dungeons
>Impressive haul...if you find value in such things. (smug as fuck)
>Motherfucking pic related for dealing 15 damage to my backline every turn that I don't stun it and meanwhile having 40 hp
I really love the controls for the Switch version in handheld mode, how you can switch between conventional joystick/face buttons and the touch screen effortlessly. It's not quite the DS since this doesn't exist in TV mode for obvious reasons, but it's a nice quality of life thing.

That cunt
I thought it was a good idea at the time.
Did you survive?
Treating them like characters is fucking stupid. You get multiple of them, you can even have up to four of them in a team.
>asking if he survived
>knowing full well he didn't
Threadly reminder that you can switch out equipped moves mid-dungeon. You can also swap out equipped camping skills so it behooves you to have them all unlocked. You can also swap out/unequip trinkets mid-dungeon if you have the inventory space.
The occultist's heart couldn't handle it and died.
And then the other 3 had heart attacks after retreating. They didn't die, luckily.
>no waifu posting
Watch me.
...
>curing Afflictions while camping
Has literally never happened
Man-at-Arms.
Moon Ring.
In time, you will know the tragic extent of my failings.
Sycophant.
If you reduce an Afflicted hero's stress to zero in a dungeon then it cures their affliction. I just cured my Abusive Houndmaster with stress healing through feasting and camp skills.
Cute birb
>Want to fight this guy but he never shows up
>Alright after i kill the Baron i'll fight him in a random dungeon
>LOL ALL YOUR BLOOD AIDS IS NOW HEALED
Pics or it didn't happen
I've literally never seen or heard of that
very very interesting, but getting a hero's stress from 100 to 0 has gotta be tough in the span of a single dungeon, unless you get super lucky with tons of traps (that you scout) and stress relief curios
*blocks ur path*
>Broke as fuck
>Lost 3 of my level 6s to darkest dungeon
>Shrieker Event
>GR/BH
>Raider's Talisman
>Many fall in the face of chaos; but not this one, not today
>Octo Guardian, any cunt from CC
I mean it's pretty common knowledge at this point. I wasn't recording it when it happened just now.
Every hero should be treated as a single person imo. You just get different iterations of the same person in that fucky time loop that is the Hamlet and it's surroundings.
I do it all the time if my abom gets afflicted because they have good self stress heals so it's not that hard. In fact I try not to avoid stress with him and then if he rolls an affliction heal it down to zero and try again.

Dogs.
The cutest!
>pos 4 pd and pos 3 vestal
Why do people do this instead of pos 4 vestal and pos 3 pd?
He's a big guy!
...
>Houndmaster
>sun ring
>Continue the onslaught. Destroy. Them. All.
>those giant crabs in the cove
snibety snab :DDD
Vestal can use Illumination (-50% damage and -30 dodge fuck you) in 3 but not 4, whereas PD can use all her core abilities from either 3 or 4, so it makes sense in that context. If you're running Vestal with her heals and judgement/light though, then PD usually goes in 3 since she can use her knife from there.
Because the Vestal being pulled to rank 2 is less detrimental to her role than the PD being pulled to rank 2.
>If a Hero has a heart attack on death's door, they will die instantly. Afflictions can also be cured in Town, by participating in the activities in the Abbey or Tavern, or in a dungeon, by reducing the afflicted Hero's stress to 0.

Idiot
The Leper in Darkest Dungeon is actually a pretty accurate representation of the affliction. Your body parts don't fall off, your skin does become pretty disgusting and you lose all feeling, hence why the Leper just straight up does not give a fuck when people attack him.
Well that and he's embraced his inevitable demise, so his damage animation is just throwing his arms out to both accept the blow and ensure it strikes him and none of his comrades. Because based Leper King.
I guess I really like incision more than illumination.
Depends like all things on the dungeon and your party. I end up primarily using PD in Ruins, so incision is good for fuck all there usually.
>have virtue chance trinket equipped
>get virtue
>give virtue trinket to someone else
>they virtue as well
>he doesn't run pos 2 vestal
It's like you don't want to combine occultist's damage debuff with a decently-damaging attack while also still having access to party heals.
Isn't a rookie with Eldritch Hater worth keeping and investing money into?
>Spare the others, I am ready.
