It's pretty good.
the music is catchy, and the game can slap your shit around if you aren't careful or get fucked by rng.
It's great for quick short bursts too.
Not a big fan of a lot of the sprites though. The rng roguelike map generation is really hit and miss at times, bit the game leans more towards the same meh map pattern creation.the mods for it are just really bad Sprite replacers.
The devs apparently did some stupid shit with the Kotaku crowd to fund and advertise the game. I don't follow that enough to tell you anything, but I'm sure someone else will tell you all about it.
