You contrarian faggots need to take off your nostalgia goggles and accept that Fallout 4 is best modern Fallout
+Map is bigger than NV and 3 combined +Legendary weapons and armor +Better 'fu's / companions +Memorable characters that actually have personality +Muh Graphics +Muh Gameplay mechanics +Settlements are a fun addition +Junk actually is actually useful now +Gun modding is excellent +Upgrading Powerarmor +Worth exploring not just empty rubble as far as the horizon +The world is a character itself xD +More immersive
+/- Different Perk System +/- Main storyline +/- Unique Weapons +/- Factions +/- Dialog options
-Muh RPG -DLC sucks except for Far Harbor -Muh choices muh endings -Voiced protagonist -Vaults not as interesting
Any other negatives can be fixed with mods like every Todd game Probably more positives too but those alone are enough to prove 4 is the better game.

Whatever faggot Also i hope i get dubs

Again, it's a very good game, but not a good Fallout game. It's personally one of my top tens. The combat, settlement, items, writing (for side quests and general atmosphere/world anyway) are all great, and it easily would've been a 10/10 without a voiced protag and actual RPG stats.
Easton Turner
No amount of mods can fix the fact that you can't role play in your role playing game. I don't hate it, but New Vegas is still better desu.
Jose Taylor
Idk man, imo the things that brings up the entire discussion is that a person completely new to the franchise sees how much better as a game NV is.
I'm not a nostalgic player, and i am not gonna turn a blind eye to shit graphics because the game is praised, but after putting unhealthy amount of hours into F4, i still enjoyed NV way more. Ain't gonna bring F3 into the discussion though as it simply doesn't work without some weird tweaks on modern computers.
Matthew Cox
It's not necessarily a bad game, but there's just something....missing. I really want to like this game, but I can't bring myself to finish it. I always end up backing out and picking it up again months later just to end up quitting again.
also, the speech check is ass >gib mone >gib more money >EVEN MORE
Anthony Richardson
>+Map is bigger than NV and 3 combined Is that true?
It felt way smaller because There's very little interesting shit to get lost in.
Liam Morgan
Bait, bait never changes.
Leo Lewis
I agree on some of those.
The weapon and armor modding system is great. Power Armor is also spectacular (I can accept the fuel retcon for gameplay reasons). Settlements are fun enough to build, although beyond more than one or two really big ones just starts to feel like a chore and the system can be janky & buggy. Grafics are good enough, although to be perfectly honest they should get some designers who know how to make sexy faces. Character creation is passable but could be a lot better (the whole "no sliders" thing is bullshit, clicking and dragging the face is good but there's no reason we couldn't have still had sliders as well for more precise edits)
Dialog system is DOGSHIT. Yes, not just the content of the dialog options themselves, but the actual system is garbage. The reason so many dialog options are exactly the same is because the system they use cannot display less than four options. I'm not saying I necessarily want less options, I'm just saying that this is why you have three slightly different ways of answering "yes" to a question which all play exactly the same voice line (sometimes with 1 word changed around). It's an amazingly incompetent system.
The story was also stupid but I guess that's a matter of opinion. I think where it objectively fails is when it always boils down to "okay, now go kill the other factions you did not side with". Rather than three or four major branching paths, there's really only one path and you get to pick who your friends are. Like, a group of country bumpkins with laser muskets can figure out how to build a teleporter designed by an institute of super-scientists? Really?
Adrian Gonzalez
The score and graphics are good, i enjoyed killing my dad and every single person in institute like they i just camped a room and slaughtered them as they ran in one after another, if they were so advanced why didnt they defeat me?
Brandon Taylor
Even if Fallout 4 has a bigger map, Fallout New Vegas' map is still more interesting. Sure, there's a lot of walking involved, but each location in New Vegas serves some sort of purpose and is worth investigating. Fallout 4 just has a lot of locations without much going on, and are just there as a 'dungeon' for fighting more enemies. I was a lot more interested when I saw the outpost statue in the distance in NV than when I saw another big building in F4.
Ryder Taylor
Climbing buildings using the jetpack is pretty sweet
Daniel King
I enjoyed it and thought the game was perfect, even bought the season pass on day 1. I suggest you all do too. Best game since Skyrim if i had to be honest.
Speaking of Skyrim did you all know its out for the popular Nintendo switch? You can play it anywhere you want and dress up as your favorite Nintendo characters. Just buy it.
Matthew Wood
NVfags are so delusional. That game has the most boring map of any game I've ever played.
Easton Foster
The weapon and armor modding was great but it was ruined by the borderlands tier random lewt shit that had no business in a Fallout game.
God I always forget how many issues FO4 had until I read a thread and I'm reminded "Oh yeah that was a thing". Literally every good idea the game had was countered by an equally shit idea.
Hudson Young
>dat feel stepping out of Vault 101 for the first time I wish I could go back
David Barnes
>+Gun modding is excellent Nope. Don't agree. Basically every weapons has the same set of options so rather than customization it's an upgrade path because anything except highest damage per bullet is simply suboptimal.
Michael Reyes
>+Gun modding is excellent Not worth the tiny weapon pool, and on a similar note most of the weapons, particularly firearms and melee, have dull and forgettable designs.
Oh, and fuck the 'legendary' system.
Nathan Sullivan
>Map is bigger than NV and 3 combined >Worth exploring not just empty rubble as far as the horizon >The world is a character itself xD It's fucking boston, literally nothing of interest and no culture/appeal if you're not an amerifat. Might as well be kansas
Joshua Hughes
I like Fallout 4 but the Legendary weapons and armor are fucking garbage. Instead of named uniques like in past games you just get Destiny/Borderlands tier random drops with no story behind them.
Caleb Walker
Fallout 4 sucks Ass and if you like it, then you must really enjoy shoveling shit too
Jacob Rogers
Have you never had someone suck on your ass? It feels pretty good.
