I've played it for some 40 hours or so. It's okay, there was a sale not long ago and it was worth it at that price.
Game gets pretty repetitive quite quickly, there isn't a lot of variety in weapons or enemies, it feels proc-gen when I don't think it is, and you can really see the grind coming from a long way. The shooting is alright though, and the base building is fun enough, and lately there's been new events bimonthly.
If you can play games like Warframe, and have tolerance for that sorta grind, it's not bad for what it is.

Forgot to include that I also like the writing of all things. It's just about the only instance of 'wacky' writing I found actually amusing.

To the best of my knowledge, they do. So there's that as an advantage as well.
The BR items are absurdly expensive in comparison to the Save the World loot-boxes though.You can get a lot of them, or a really nice one for the price of a single BR skin.
