I don't think it's "worse", but I do think it's "different", which is a good thing in many cases, particularly weapons that have been given a much more satisfying moveset, like gunlance, switch axe and hammer. I enjoyed the fuck out of the beta and I'm gonna enjoy the fuck out of the game.
