played since the first release, bought 2 copies, one for a friend, the game has been a trainwreck ever since.
I played the latest build a couple of months ago and its just unbearibly bad, it feels like a fuckton of ideas mashed together with no sense of design behind them at all.

>npc quests are literally "go to the other side of the planet, kill 3 bandits" "return to village"

It doesn't add anything to do except if you have autism and need to collect everything even if it's just the same with a different color-scheme.

There's no sense of progression, and there's no reward for it either.
Wow your shitty material-modulator can now mine twice as fast and it only took 1 hour of autistically "mining" your way to the planet core.
Oh wow you now have a mech which can mine to the core in matter of minutes, guess I don't ever need the material-modulator ever again.
