Is it worth getting Dragonball Fighter Z on PC?

It seems that PC fighting game communities die pretty quickly. I want the game, but not if the community will be dead in a month.

Yes any fighting game that isn't SF or Tekken on PC dies within weeks. Your only alternatives are only playing with friends, Discord, general threads, or finding a room in-game that will have the same half dozen people.
PS4 is the only viable option for casual matchmaking or diverse lobbies.

Depending on your situation it might not matter though.

I can find games for USF4, 3s, ST, Xrd and Tekken on PC and some of this shit is hella old. The only shit i can think of thats released recently with a dead fanbase in the west are niche anime games and DBFZ is definitely not niche, would not be surprised if people are still playing some iteration in 5+ years

Arcsys games on PC have more players than ps4 lol

Xrd Revelator for example has 700 players online and had 1000 in the weekend, meanwhile on ps4 250, fucking lel

Always PC FGC will generally always live indefinitely through IRC/Discord matchingmaking and you'll have no problem have matches that way. Matchmaking is a different story.

Hard to say. I have a feeling at the very least, it won't be as dead as the other arcsys fighting games on PC mostly because first off, Dragonball. Also there's the fact that it will be releasing at the same time as the console versions unlike instances where a fighting game would release on 2015 and then it gets its PC port in 2016.
